  1. ive got one in .22. they're pretty good guns, i wouldn't fault most BSA's for their break barrel designs: so much easier to use personally. The only Con for me is the wooden stock. Not saying its a bad stock nor a too cheap one but not a hard wood- as some rifles use. thus there'll be quick a bit of recoil and any knocks will scar it. £150, a bargain if the scopes are included too
  2. get some pictures up and i may be interested
  3. Hey guys, Sorry to bring this burden upon you, no doubt you're already being hounded by this from other fellow gents but for another year i'm fund raising in order to help promote Prostate Cancer Awareness as you'll know. This is quite a personal feat with me this year as my grandad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, not a year ago and passed away fairly recently due to the cancer spreading. I'm not here to dwell on it, anyway, i'm really trying to push it more so this year more than ever and as a tribute to my old man, do what i can so in time, you needn't have to go through what i did, wi

  6. Offhand, I think the 98 has a bull barrel and the 97 comes with a silencer. There is silencers you can get for them. www.weihrauch-sport.de/seiten/englisch/default.html Check out the site Grae Ps: Si, cheers matey
  7. Cheers Si, I shall have to come up to SFS and try them out. I've been more fond of the 98 over the 97 for an odd reason but both tickling my fancy. Would you get them the same calibre? Grae
  8. Haha thanks for the offer anyway Mac I shall have to decide on a camp first and let you know how it goes
  9. You've made a good job out of that and seems to be enough tape to go around too May do the same with my XL Tact's. As much as they feel nice and weather proof, they do stick out a bit :-//
  10. Personally, I'd go for BSA or Weihrauch, only until I can justify £1000+ for a PCP kit (inc divers tank). Only making assumptions but if you're new to the sport, starting with a SPRINGER you'll come to appreciate PCP rifles a lot later You could be experienced for all I know, so do bear with me on that. 11. I've felt the stock of the 97' and a very nice stock n'all but how does the 98' differ? I'm contemplating both but more so, which one first. I have break barrels already, such ease to them but is it now time for a UL action? Grae
  12. Not sure if it helps but they tend to sell for £50-100 depending on year of manufacture/model, quality etc. Personally, Porkycrook has said it already Grae
  13. When you say offered, do you mean buying or trading? If so, for what and how much? I've not tried it personally but to the right person, the above info could help guide you properly All the best, Grae
  14. Seems like a few S200 and Rapids, which is best? There's only one way to find out.....

  16. Hey guys! I'm back after some time tending to family matters. Over the course of 5-6 weeks, we found out my grandad (of 91) cancer had spread, to get him out from hospital, everything arranged at home for him to be comfortable & cared for. To then, he sadly passed away not a week later, so i had to be there to help care and support my family and more so, my mum. I'm doing fine but i did cut myself out from the world while this happened so, from being quite a social lad, i've not really spoken to many people. I've missed you guys on here and all the banter!! Anyway, I'm just looking t
