  1. that's great mahn, gutted about the 45' shot but never happened to me :-/ correct me if i'm wrong, i'm on the ipad but is that a black rabbit?
  2. I guess you can spend as much as you like and on other sports alike but I think keeping animals is more of a commitment than you can put your guns and bows in cases or under your bed I'll have a go at it, come September (I think) and see if I like it, the pop on to gumtree and see what's available cheap/free Thanks again
  3. Yeah, classifieds too. Mom and Pop wouldn't be too happy knowing you've found more toys for them to pay for
  4. I guess it's about getting used to the site but who knows, could be inspiration for any forum updates n future hahahaha JK but just as a newbie to the site and used to similar forums, thought it could be something or nothing
  5. This is excellent guys, thank you very much!!
  6. I'm just thinking rather than all the hyperlinks, ALL things for trading, should be in its own thread, same for each Selling and Wanted. It's not the best example but here's a reference from a bass forum I'm on. I'm on the iPad so couldn't edit it to highlight the different folders, but sort of shows the simplification I'm suggesting. Take the Items Wanted thread: under which you can have Gun's and Rifles, optics and night vision…… I'm sure you understand what I mean Not asking to apply it but just a suggestion Grae
  7. Fingers crossed, I hope they do push for it.
  8. Cheers Moorside, I have got someone who's going to take me out around september time but in preparation I take a liking to it (despite wanting ferrets as pets anyway) I'm just looking to see how much this will cost me. It's all well having a ferret for £20 or so but when what you need is £100-200 worth of living and hunting equipment then I don't want to do something stupid I'm sure you can do it on the cheap, as well as, sky being the limit but I'd like to see how much it costs to do it right Thanks, Grae
  9. Sometimes it's a too stuffed between all topics to find what you're after. I think pages get easily forgotten when new topics push them on to next pages. I've noticed this more whilst on the Gun's and Rifles page but I'm sure this is the same for other categories Maybe Trade/Swap and Wanted in different threads? Just sayin'
  10. Here's an easy step to step guide http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/gallery/2010/feb/08/home-made-salami-recipe#/?picture=359084285&index=0 Never tried it but mahn, I love the stuff
  11. I'm with this one here, it is a hunting forum. Next we'll be posting pictures of our cattle
  12. I guess if there's the thread for it and people create their own feedback pages? Those who are keen, I think it will benefit I guess
  13. I think this would benefit more so as almost like a Wiki page. Give the person a bio, life and career etc. then comments from forum members posted beneath. Think it should be for the living too, spread some inspiration before they kick it Grae
  14. iPad App Store says no
  15. I don't always aim to hunt pigeons, tends to be: if they show up on my permission, they're in the cross hairs. However, if I was to hunt them specifically, how efficient is decoying?
  16. Hey guys, Just wondering what I need, from scratch to start ferreting. Yes, including ferrets (Hobs or Jill's?) cages or hutch? Best food? Best housing materials? Literally, all the nitty gritty Grae
  17. Sorted this, if a mod wants to delete this topic?
