    ive bred 2 blacks with rough coats and had solid black,bronze,red,chocolate,grizzle even brindles-but never ever had black and tan-so whats in my dogs pal?you can tell the patt/fell lines that have had lakie infused in them-they look to perfect imo-fells are bigger,bred for a different job and dont just come in black like you believe-to me the small,bully,smooth coated dogs are patterdales,everything else is a fell in my book-by the way THEY ARE ALL CROSS BREEDS THAT BREED TRUE TO TYPE Dogs were bred to what was doing the job at the time-regardless of colour-theres allsorts gone in the mixing

    yes but are they fells or cross bred dogs that chuck all sorts of different colour pups rough black lakie type that chuck a full litter of all rough black lakie type they are true fells my OPINION let me no how you see the fell terrier as patterdale and fells are two different dogs to me. :snack: :snack: :snack: by the way some good pictures and real nice types

    i would love a bit of ratting bud problem for me is cant drive yet i have a 6 year old terrier and a 3 month old an 2 lurchers let us know

    for the breeding i would say it would sound about right don't think it will fill out to much. sounds like a good cross. lurchers come in all shapes and size some light some thicker got any pictures this could help

    not that many round me that's what i meant they was loads near me years back but don't know many that work them round hear they all in to nuttal type everything that gets bred is apparently out of nuttals this that an other not my type of dog each to there own not that many tight lines now a days in any breed lol if there is a good litter come up and i have kennel space then i would like a fell next

    now they are proper fell terriers keep the line going bud there is not a lot of them about good on you bud as said before real nice dogs them
