Can you please explain this 'too hard'?
There was an argument, sorry, discussion on here a while ago about can a working terrier really be regarded as game ? A working terrier actively, repeatedly and willingly places itself in a situation that it knows from past experience is not conductive to its own safety. To me that is a sign of gameness in dogs or men. Can that be compared to the dead gameness of bulldogs being used in activities that are illegal in the UK ? I would say no. Totally different things.
