Mine is going to be very up on the leg ....could be taller than Tiigger who's 28 ...a crackin wee pup that seems as sharp as a tack ...he is putting away some amount of meat now.

She's seen everything mate, that's not me bullshitting anyone that knows me knows I don't keep shit dogs, shes retired at 7 because she no longer does the job in the same fashion as she use too, shes still as game and as tough but she's a lot harder to get fit, to keep fit and stiffens up much easier nowadays Iv also got a young dog up and coming ready to start middle of the winter few more seasons in her yet i wouldnt be retiring. much bull is in her have you any pictures what type of work do you mainly give herThe lad will know his own animal better than anyone on here

Imo a fast and up and at them saluki/grey of tested stock would have far more to offer than pure grey to give you a better quality all round animal

Managed one this evening before heading out lampin .... very surprised this lad was holding a territory and was chasing a doe ...with another doe just 40 yards away from him ...a few bleeps on the butalo and he came in had to shout on him to stop at about 60 yards would of been a good one for the weeman of the bipod but I know he is not ready shooting of the sticks.

Same problem hear there's plenty of cover so most of the shooting is of the sticks and I have told him that he is not ready for that ... He recons he is ....maybe in a few years and a bit of practice I certainly didn't have his confidence at 9 ...lol

Always had meindls and if you keep them oiled you will get a full season out of them but it's the heather that wears them out ....then I use the last seasons boot for mink hunting as you don't mind them getting wet .....going to order a pair of hanwag tatra GTX after reading this

I always use Lamlac £25 for 10kg ....lactol £12 500gr use this for the big dogs through the season also

Ive changed to seaguar floro this season I've lost 3 big fish on maxima snapping ....ive been fishing that above Allan's this past few days with a few lads expected to see more fish after the water rose mid week and the nets were off since Friday ..a few grilse showing but they were just flying through ...hopefully get into a few this week . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4iVvqWYYMek
