  9. You should have got a fill prob , that screws into the whip and the end to the bottle , look on the rifle cylinder, on one side you will find a push out plug , that's where the prob fits

Thanks Niel There teli me a 5 day turnaround , and if that's the best option I'm going for it , 112k on the clock ,and in great nick , I ant got 7/8'grand for a newer one, I've be out of work for 5 months wi h a knee replacement, so moneys a bit tight But if it runs for another 2/3,yea s I'll be well happy Thanks to all who gave advice , except walshie cause he ant getting it Atb

I'm been told that the welding up,of the crank can be done , but accurately cutting the slot out is not a easy task to be done And so me are saying , strip it down and use liquid metal around the wood ruff and slot Would some body please tell me the Best way forward I know fec all about mechanics, but if you want a building dropped to the ground im your man , lol, Atb lads

  15. Just been on to some kind of specialists, so they tel me , They said , a bigger key is not the way forward , Engine out , weld up the slot on the crank , re cut , re-fit bits , 12 months warranty £ 500 .00 Sound ok , is that about write Atb

  17. Crank shaft pulley wheel came lose , but it wasn't the bolt . It was stripped down and found to be from inside the sensor blade , had been worn away , and so had the round big washer All new parts were bought and when being put back together , it was found that the wood ruff key when fitted was not a tight fit, and loose , any it was put back to gether, and worked grand for 3 weeks , but nowthesame has happened again , 1. Should the woodruff key be a tight fit ,theres more than likely enough room for two in the crank slot 2. Or is it a new crankshaft ( God forbid) Any help please lad
