  7. At the minute I have 3 big hobs that I took in. There starting to become pretty tame. I know they have come from working stock because I know exactly who there from. There free but a day out ferreting would be nice in return to get out and meet a few new lads in the sport. By the way these are BIG hobs, nice and athletic but big. Not ideal for everyone but im sure someone somewere would have a use for them. Atb Blake.
  8. If any of you saw my previous post about an un expected litter well out of all the 8 kits 0 of them went to working homes. All 8 went to families with young kids to live inside. And all the people that came wanted hobs due to them no having to take them out of season. Luckily for me I only had 2 jills

  10. 2 little knives for a fiver from a game fair and keep it in your pocket when out. First sign of getting caught or pulled throw the bloody thing as far as you possibly can and jobs a good un. Keep them busy finding somthing in the dark

All it iv done is take out the backs of the rear seats because they dont lay flat then fitted in the small ferret hutch along with all my clothes other spades dogs etc it was a squash but we managed it. The dogs and ferrets were really cosy but me and are lass were pretty damn squashed in the front.
  12. Just arrived here with my new hob and hes fast on. Just got to phone the farmer in the morning and hes going to show me the warrens then this big lads doing some graft.
  13. Thanks for the advice but iv just managed to strip my car seats out and im putting in a little hutch just big enough for the 1 stinker il update on here how I get on it will be my first time using the longnet.
  14. 50+mpg on average 71k on the clock 10 months mot and plenty of tax. 3 brand new tyres, cam belt bushes and turbo pipe also just been done pm me and I can send pics. 2500 ono
  15. I wouldnt have it in it constantly. Iv got some permission which will mean me staying away for a couple of days so I was going to use a fold up run and just put the ferret in to sleep. Btw it is a large carrier. Its just the mesh front is plastic and not wire :/

  17. All I can say is a proper set of numptys to be posting pictures on the enternet and obviously there up to no good cos theyve admitted to mistreating their dogs. Good luck to them and have fun doing the hours
  18. Got told about some good flea killer the other day. They call it doff and it is actually ant powder its in a big white bottle and only a could a go. The bloke who told me has used it on his chickens n ferrets for years. I tried it the same and it does work. I had a bit if an incident with fleas last week on the jr even though shes only just had a dose of that mega expensive frontline robbing bollox and the quid ago doff sorted it. Atb blake.
  19. Just out of interest what is usually in the breeding of a norfolk lurcher? Il be honest I dont want to sound thick I just never pay interest in breeding or anything like that but curiosity has got the better of me.
  20. I am wanting to sell my multi gym it is a domyoss gym eith chest press, back pull, lat pull down, peck deck,leg press, curling bar and you can hang a punch bag on the rear. I would also be willing to swap it for an air rifle, hutches or hunting books or anything hunt related. Pm me for more details.
  21. I had just the 2 ferrets to start with a jill and a hob. The jill never had her litter or ate them. And I then bought 3 young jills and a young hob all about 4-5 months old as I was planning on keeping 4 ferrets out of my ferrets litter.

  23. To be fair I do go round my area a lot on the local farms. But its usualy me mycoyusin and a couple of dogs i just heard of a couple of ratting packs knocking about and I like the idea of meeting up on a weekend with a group of lads and letting the dogs get stuck in n a few pints after
