    I think you did just fine, hard to film on tight land like that. A good dog that goes over anything and smash threw anything is needed their. One that is brought on well, learning about wire ect from young. Keep up the good work...

    thanks mate, Red is the type of dog you can leave up for months, no exercise, be over weight, bring him too strong hares and still he fill the pot for you, great stuff in him.....I had a good few dogs and seen plenty going but haven't seen too many like him too be honest, great style too him Thats a good dog. He sounds a topper.

    If that mink, ever gets hold of your hand, it wont be just a bite, he will slice it bit by bit like a tin opener!!, the pain i would imagine, would be severe!! Fair play for trying to tame him, but i have a feeling, you might not get far, but i would be happy for you to proove me wrong. Mink, are not like ferrets, they are wild mad feckers...lol Good luck......

    Captain, Josie did very well their in them tight fields. For a dog, especially that age, to kill hares on tight land like that this time of the year, is great going i think. Its not just speed that is needed, its the ability to keep that hare in the field and under pressure to make a mistake and to strike when the time is right, he will only get better i reckon, great breeding their, the good strain of irish terrier in them, goes a long way too.
