    Yes the XT moves the reticule on screen using X&Y axis but if your zero is way out this will move the crosshairs off centre on screen, hope that helps.

    Yes just bought an XT , never had the MK1 to compare. Its a nice unit not impressed with the built in ir but slap on a T20 and its soo much better, Need adjustable mounts to zero in scope or me being a cheapskate shimmed up rear mount and Hey Presto all sorted, Will try and do a video on youtube so you can see , next week probably.

    Good advice fro Ian B, I used silicone as per instructions on Markey's connecter and it seems solid, Tried out tonight and it does cut down on your fow but nice clear picture and not so focus fussy. Watch out them rats!!

    Buy a new one from microglobe had mine delivered this morning, don't think you will find one cheaper on e .bay and you have a warranty as well, its a no brainer.

    doesn't matter where to be honest but suggest an adjustable torch mount so you can align beam with you crosshairs for a nice view of that poor rabbit before he goes in the pot , happy hunting

    My opinion for rats I have just bought a bobcat in .177 , its a learning curve for me as previously shot with a W100KT .22 . Went out shooting rats last night as it was a dry clear night, hit a few rats at approx. 20-25 yards and one shot and belly up, then shot rats at a closer range 10-15 yards and they were jumpers requiring a follow up shot!! WTF going on here I thought!! On closer inspection of dead rats shot at closer range found the pellet had gone right through the body so dropped power to 2nd level on rifle and hey presto back in business.     Can of worms for some , I purchased a used Snipercam and yes before you say it about the nitehunter company , its a fantastic unit and recordable straight from the box. Look at some youtube vids out there.

    Would be nice in future if owners selling rifles let potential buyers who contact them with firm offer have 1st refusal out of common courtesy, otherwise what's the point of advertising on here. I have advertised air rifles as soon as 1st Pm is received and an offer or asking price agreed would never sell to anyone else even if some people say they would give more than the asking price. Probably just me, rant over sorry mods if you feel that I have offended anyone but seems fair to me, you all have a nice day!
