Why not? People need a hand up. Most don't want a hand out. A tiny rant I promise. I've just been thinking how easy it was to make money compared to now. A self employed forester in the early 70s could earn good money. Now it's barely minimum wage. I was a commercial fisherman and the money was shared 2 shares for the skipper (because it was his boat and gear) and a single share for the rest of us. Within 2 years I had a deposit on a smallholding. Now it's foreigners on less than minimum wage. I used to do shut downs. We would move into a company whilst they were shut for holidays

Fair. I've just read a biography about him. I was " transcending" a left or right polarity. Failed video link. No comprende tinternet. The video on CNN shows some Swiss commuting to work on a pristine, scenic river. Some wear just budgie smugglers, others smal boats. They say its their favourite time of day. Every river in England and Wales fails basic tests of purity. In Switzerland they are all clean.
