  1. alright bud,plummer terriers make fantastic ratting dogs,not only do they kill extremely well,they have fantastic noses,and aren't scared of a hard days graft,i work rats on a regular basis with mine can't fault her,happy hunting my friend.

  3. had two plummers bud,got my first in 2004 both cracking dogs.bin working terriers for over 30 years worked with most types,but the plummer for me is the best all rounder.
  4. She' s from legion kennels,she's called legion Jen,got old and new blood in her lines.only 2 year old excellent worker,gives100% every time.

  6. thanks bud, they are a tidy sort good grafters,after winning and steeling the show they were disqualified for having too much new blood in them[bull blood what brian himself introduced]but some people are blind with ignorance.not trying too stare things up just letting people know who the true winners of the day where,the dogs were judged by a kc registered judge and that's good enough for me,happy hunting my friend.

  13. hello there j dog a plummer would be a first choice fore me for the all round terrier,fantastic nose,plenty of stamina,they are tractable retrieve well also have bottomless courage and pack well.but be ware my friend on choosing your pup as there is a lot of difference on opinion on witch are the best lines,and some lines do carry faults,choose well and you will have years of great hunting with your dog.i own one plummer bitch at the minute from legion lines,she has old and new blood in her make up,she bushes four to five times a week,works the lamp with my collie for rabbits[flushing them fro

  16. ok fare play tam .i know its not illegal to own a docked dog in scotland .i bought my dog from legion kennels the pups were'nt docked.and my change of mind was that i like the look of the dog better than my docked plummer and it dose not hinder here work in any way nor has it with any other undocked dogs ive seen and worked in the past.i agree barbaric practice is out of order as i have docked many litters myself[before the ban may i ad]and if done properly causes little if no discomfort.and i do believe it is up to the individual whether they dock or not.jonny did admit he frays'd it wrong a
