Went out again for a spot of dead baiting this mornning, not feeling to confident as im still in my baron run, four outings and no fish! So i was getting my hopes up! Got picked up at 6.30 and off we go, gets upto the pond about 7 o'clock and all rods in the water by about 20 past, i was using smelt on one rod and lamprey on another, not used this before but my mate had heard good things about it! About an hour or so passes and bang, my rod goes, i strike and im in, although my crappy reel decides to build itself a nest! As my mate is helping me untangle the disaster, his rod screams off, so

My lurcher once jumped over my dad while he was bent over feeding his racing pidegons , killed three of them in a matter of seconds, me and the dog were in the bad books for weeks. Its a good job they were his hens and not his cocks or i think he would have buried me and the dog under his cabin!

Unlucky at least your getting chance to get out, we are supposed to be out this weekend for some piking but with this cold weather freezing everything, its not looking good! -
I think there was high hopes for him but he had too many chances to keep his head down and i dont think he took them. I heard he got done for assaulting his own mother as well!

I bought aload of fishing gear off a lad that was selling up, this included a 14.5m pole but the top three sections are missing ( no idea why) The stuff i bought already came with a 11.5m pole fully elasticated and with all sections so i was wondering if its worth buying the missing sections and how much will it cost? The pole with the missing sections is a daiwa connoisseur-x so im not even sure if its a decent pole, pretty new to the pole busines you see, cheers for the help!

Any decent wellies anyone can recommened for wearing while walking the dogs and doing abit of fishing, had some cheap ones and my feet just turn into blocks of ice so willing to pay more for some good ones that will last!

Yeah i dont mind too much went i dont catch, it certainly makes it easier if you get to see some good fish. Ill keep trying though, im sure when i starting hooking into the pike, it will be a size well worth the wait.......Fingers crossed anyway haha!

Having blanked the last two times ive been spinning on the canal, me and a couple of mates decided to try a bit of dead baiting again as we havent done any for a while. My mate had been hassling a woman farmer to let us fish her big pond for ages and she finally gave in and let a few of us go up and try it out. She had stopped people fishing on it as a wall at one end wasnt safe and some foreigners had been knocking the big fish on the head and taking them home to eat so spoilt it for everyone else. Yeah i know what you mean, i dont know much about bikes, but a couple of my mates commented on the Forks. I think the gear system and crank are Shimano.

This is still the same,some banks do a 95% mortgage but you have to pay a higher lending charge! people seem pretty divided at the mo, 50% say buy other half say wait, but if you really want a house just go for it! Do you think you will be staying in the same house for 30 years paying the same payments each month? I doubt it!

Hear about this all the time in burnley, it seems to be the norm with the young lads around here, ive heard them say things like "your dog wont do fox if it cant kill a cat" and "its soft if it backs away from a cat" I tend to just ignore them when they get onto this subject because theres no teaching them right from wrong. Well the house we looked at,already come with a 5%deposit being paid by the owner which is why we looked at it in the first place, and the woman says it has been on the market for a few months so could get it considerably less, but he has fited new carpets, supposedly new central heating system, theres a new boiler and the decor so maybe he wouldnt go to low of asking price.

How do! Not been doing much to b honest, havent been out in a while with all me mates getting rid of there dogs! She is 6in june although i think shes still 6months old with the way she acts. Yeah i was down lodge about 1pm, yeah he told me someone was asking him if he was skinnyman lol, he was prob upto something dodgey down there, hes always upto something!

Had a walk after work this afternoon with the new staff bitch, took my lurcher bitch out as well. My lurcher bitch has took a few days to get used to her but she is kinda settling towards her now! Took a few pictures! My Lurcher Bella! Jess! Shes got way too much energy, plays for 12hours, sleeps for 12mins then starts again haha!

Who thinks terry would of stood up and took a penalty in the same circumstances but for England? I seriously doubt he would of, Maybe if England paid him 130grand a week just as chelsea do he might of. Thats why we will have a shit summer with all this football on, they dont care about England,just the money!
