Right thanks for all the support lads means a lot to me. I've got nerve and ligament damage in my elbow my arm is in a sling and have to return in one week if no better will have to undergo a small op or physio . I'm fecken gutted as will be out for a few weeks at least well that's what the doc said Again thanks for replies lads ATB mark

Looks like I will be out for a bit after loosing the feeling in my left hand ,only been able to move my forearm a little and not been able to striating it at all off to Darlo hospital in a little bit after spending 4 hours in bishop yesterday and still not knowing what's wrong Atb mark

Thanks trigger he's coming along nice now Just waiting for the knockers saying his to young and missing too many but I've said before he want learn by getting took home after missing two , he's very obedient and comes to call , if he dos miss he has a little look and he's on his way back to me every time tail wagging atb mark

I am believe me the thing is I'm not pushing him or forcing him to hunt all I do is take for nice long walks and ferreting with me so no training really , I've had good and very very good lamping dogs in the past and blade is using his head and judging his runs perfect, and hand on hart last night was his second time out 1st was a big surprise to get one but six on his second over the moon,I should say also and rabbitcatcher1 will back me up as we very good mates and hunting partners , blade is more like house dog family pet soft as muck type tbo thought he wouldn't make a hunter but how wrong

Well there were nothing on tv so thought I'd take blade for a lamping trip again, Left mine at 22:30 still nice and windy all be it very wet but I was looking forward to it And so was blade, it was just me & him against the world lol, we arrived at 23:25 nice steady drive as blade is still travel sick some times but a lot better than before. I got booted up battery belt on and set off, I decides to go a diffrent way around tonight and so pleased I did . first lamp round counted 3 well out and 7 up the hedge ,one was sitting tight just of the hedge ,blade seen it so I let slip and blade

Never made Boxing Day with the wether got out yesterday on some new land ended up with 15 , myself and my brother just had a steady day doing selected warrens , doing one then leaving the next couple as the land is small didn't want to over doit

I must disagree . As he is not working for the railway and it's advised for his own safety orange vest is highly recommend for his safety alone not to trick the driver or rail workers. If the track runs through your permission and you keep well away from the track it's self then there is no problem as the railways understand the rules about the the control of rabbits going onto neighbours land and up to them to control them . Just keep taking her out where the rabbits are the rest will come with time buddy When you walk past a set used or not point at the holes teas her in she will soon get to grips ' mine has had no training just took her where ther was rabbits learnt her self really she never lets me down and proper loves it ATB mark

Cheers mate he's been coming ferreting with me since he was five month marks and runs the nets very good but never really give him a chance to run at them that often tbo . it was good to see him on the lamp working and with no other dogs around he just seems to get in the zone which is really pleasing . ATB mark,and best wishers for the new year
