  5. yeah plenty around here. had one in a fox trap once. seen a few on the lamp and seen a couple dead on the road.
  6. i'd feed the dog some food in the morning before work then after exercise in the evening. give the dog time to cool down first if i take the my dogs for a jog i give them a few eggs after too. must be hard work on a bike up your way not much flat ground there. my dogs seem to look great from a bit of road work

Yes i know a lot of people do that feed dry in the summer and i understand why because the flies can be a pain in the arse,i just put a portion i think they will be able to eat and i feed it at night when it gets cooler.I just check in the morning if theres any remains left and clear it out. ATB i keep my ferrets near to one of my kitchen windows. the mrs gets on my back a bit it if theres any flies about. even if i did as you suggested there would still be the smell of meat to attract them......................... plus i'm bit to lazy to clean out the ferrets every day too

  9. i feed dry in the summer mate( keeps the flies down) then on to meat in the winter. anything really they seem to love most things. ice cream is a strange one they seem like

  16. i'm not sure if a fox would bother a big hob. they can give a good account of themselves when needed.

  18. as long as there is a natural food supply present i can't see why not. the very reason they are such a vitial part of any rabbiters team is there natural ability to hunt.
