    The currant Mrs Magwitch is always happy to see the back of me so its not an issue for me, but quite a few of my fellow fieldsportmen are too domesticated (polite word for under the thumb). And Christmas always brings out the worst in women there eyes glaze over when all the sale's start............................................Happy bargain hunting

    There have been many recent dog (lurcher) thefts posts recently on here and I know that its going on in my area too, a girl as had two dogs chored from her back garden and then someone tried to blackmail her into buying one of the dogs back with the threat of violance if she went to the police. What amazes me is the fact that people don't seem to be that bothered until it happens to them and if these people don't get stopped it probably will.     I like a smooth coated dog myself, had a deerhound cross a long time ago and use to get fed up of picking burdocks out of her coat........................

    When I had my ferrets and ferreting gear chored Leeview sent me a double carrying box down free of charge (I have never met the fella). The time and effort he must put into these boxes is unreal. I would like to thank him once again for a brilliant piece of kit and like Tomo says for being a top bloke and a gentleman.................................

    I had one stuck in the barrel, It never went off and only rejected the case.......................................I was told all 17hmr was made by hornady...................

    I use a 1417 as my bread and butter rabbit gun, had it years now and it bowls rabbits over all night long.................fantastic little rifles. Good luck with the sale and whoever buys it is gonna be well pleased.

    I brough 2x longnet baskets from them recently and to be honest they are rubbish, the bars are in the wrong place so poles slop around and fall out and the netting is too large for my liking but their 10z purse nets are OK they do the job and last a long time..........................
