    I went along with my partner and our two girls to a family gathering today. We took along a very small bag of goodies. I bought my eldest (8 years old) an 86p Cadburys Egg I found in Home Bargains, promoted and sold without a box and all the excess packaging. Another one purchased for the missus.     I believe New Zealand outlawed external silencers, so I agree the bull barrel is for exports. I wonder as to their reasoning for such a ban in countries not so fearful and over regulated as the British regarding firearms.     Nice work secretagentmole, my hunting has been most disappointing lately. After popping off four rabbits i've come home empty handed trying to get pigeons. Think i'm going out too late. I have the right trees, lots of poopies underneath, but too many twiglets in the way, only two or three opportunities max, plus inexperience of hold over/under when aiming up... poor me. well done you!

    I'll keep tabs on it and buy replacement seals in readiness. Can't grip the cylinder in order to unscrew the nut on the end which i guess is how you access them...

    Something solved it. Not sure exactly as i did a few things. Turned spring the other way. A touch of gun grease around the breech and breech seal. A smidge of grease behind piston seal. I also lost my second circlip... see thread HELP! Yes, I'm an Idiot... Readings now show an average of 798.5fps with just 6 fps variation with JSB Exact 4.52 and 775.1fps with 13fps variation with RWS Superfields.
