Not really fair, but typical blanket punishment... I wouldn't press it too hard. As I did when I temporarily lost a permission due to horses being spooked by what turned out to be a helicopter, call/text/visit to say you'll respect his wishes, and possibly plant the seed somehow that having you visiting regularly and being his eyes and ears could in fact help prevent a recurrence far more effectively... Failing that, either knock doors for more permission or, as you say, sell up if its not that big a deal for you would be my two cents pal.

I share your conclusion on camo I think moxy and agree with Mawders, it has a very pale 'hue' that seems to limit the pattern to winter. Its been warm and dry, as i've not had it long so cannot comment on your longevity concerns, but I see no reason why they wouldn't hold up. Overall I'm happy with the HSF kit, but I think advantage timber or their plain 'drab olive' patterns and colours would be more fitting and less restricting in our environment.

Like so many hunters, I have previously opted to wear British Army Surplus DPM. That is, until now, with the addition of the HSF Stealth Evolution Camo Jacket and Trousers to my 'wardrobe'. Why the change? Well not only have my well worn and now very faded field jacket and trousers finally and inevitably reached the end of their life, but the change of the seasons has prompted something of a re-evaluation. It occurred to me that some of the most adept and best camouflaged of natures creatures, predator and prey alike, change their colour in accordance with the environment. Take the Arctic

They've had a lot of positive things said about them, though as you infer, not well known. Is it the one with the 'buffalo horn' style bolt? I think they look snazzy. Good luck with the sale, would be nice if someone would post a write up on it.

This sort of fella is what you can expect. Unbelievable Only ever started 3 threads, and none of them involved hunting.Obviously posts a lot but doesn't do a lot. Going way off topic, Archies Christmas tree is going to lose it's baubles if he turns the central heating back up! I'm still waiting to see Wilfs balls hanging from Miles crimbo tree  Wilf has balls? Who said so? Not anymore he don't! Lost em to me fair and square by making a foolish wager.

Best send WILF his default notice.

No idea but who ever removed it didn't bother to on this thread; http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/270618-d-day-renamed-to-the-re-education-and-crushing-defeat-of-the-fatally-idealistic-mr-miles/ Some pretty nasty stuff. 34 pages of it. Which is where the offending poster came from.

Listen to Mawders chaps. Tell me, if a 'toaster' won't play 'dvds' what is it im supposed to need again? I was sent to a room to get 'waffles' today. I opened a humming cupboard to find Narnia staring back at me! Does Aslan know about this?!

I know it's not to do with the thread mike but are you now a veggy? Atb Lewis Haha! Most definitely not Lewis. That's made me chuckle, cheers. I dunno why, but I'm a believer in need. Now I'm in the urban jungle that need seems to have disappeared making it feel like I'd just be taking life for my own gratification. But now you've made me think about it, the real reason is the logistics of getting to my permissions which are now a fair walk. Not far, two miles, but far enough to make it a poor trade in calories. don't take this the wrong way mike but you baffle me, b

hi bud,you and [pil] been on the moon shine again' its MIKE.lol.not MILES. Erm Chaz me ole Chuck....... It's actually 'Miles Johanasburg' aint it Mike Am I the only one here (apart from possily Mawders) who actually does know Mike's/Mile's true identity? Don't betray my top secret alter ego!! Ahhh who cares. I'm actually Si and Davy's love child. Called Butt Pad...

You are true gentleman Ron. Please please don't think me proud or ungrateful, but I like you to hang on to your cash. I know you want to help and I'm so very grateful that you do. If our backs were truly against the wall I'd accept a loan. All this challenge needs is some focus, elbow grease and determination (and possibly a pinch of luck). My kindest and most sincerest best wishes to you and your wife. Please buy her a gift from me and my little family with that £20.00. Can you believe it? I don't know what else to say, I've run of words!

Bless you Si, and all the members who've wished me well. It will definitely work itself out I know that. I actually like the challenge of creating. From death comes life. Old, the new etc.

Thanks to Steve too!

Tah Ron. I'm doubtful I'll be too active on here or with the gun as my circumstances evolve. As the need for meat won't be a priority I don't feel comfortable killing. I doubt I'll be left the space nor time to punch paper either. But never say die eh! Best wishes to you all.

Hi again all. As you can imagine, my time is now exceptionally limited and I feel better spent on the interests of my family. The amount of responses has been flattering but alas, overwhelming. I maintain the criteria I set out a few pages back regarding questions posed, I'm finding I'm either repeating myself or that the answer just ignored if it fails to boost an ego or result in further insults, outrage and condemnation. Mungler, Big G Wheton machine, lapin2008, and vixen to name but a few - your opinions are your own and I accept them, but please understand I, and I am sure others,

I can personally vouch for this gun. Mawders has airgun OCD. I WISH I was joking, but he makes you remove any sharp objects on your person and don gloves before he takes it out of the slip! I may think he's ott and possibly infatuated but it means the gun is absolutely mint. One of the finest hunting tools I've ever been allowed to watch him shoot.

Righty oh. Just sat down. Was up at dawn with screwdriver and screws assembling chicken run. Site now bagged, tagged and ready for clearing Saturday...where were we; On the mobile with lots to do atm. I think this warrants a proper response and attention I can't expend right now (irrespective of, and overlooking the insinuations it contains that others could find insulting lol, I believe we're all insane in varying degrees, just some are better at hiding it than others). So hold that thought, will get back to you when I can. Cheers. It was a simple enough question about C
