    Alright I bred my dog last year and the lad with the bitch kept a bitch pup back anyway he split with his mrs and left her will all 5 of there dogs which she cannot look after aswell as 2 kids so she is going to rehome the pup being last in first out the pup is a beddy lurcher and will make around 18tts she is just short of 9 month old and has never seen a rabbit pm if I intreated cheers

    I think it all comes down to what each individual person likes in a dog, regardless of their main quarry, big or small.I like deerhounds, collies, geyhounds and whippets, so a lurcher that had these breeds in it would be my choice for all sorts of stuff. Whether it would be a 'top notch' allrounder wouldn't really bother me too much as long as it was pretty capable of most things. Another thing is that I've never really had any need for a ferreting dog, as I mainly lamped, so there again an allrounder wouldn't necessarily have to be a good ferreting dog for me, but when I did do a lot of lam

    To me a dog sticking it's head in a whole to pull something out is not lurcher work to me any game dog can do that, An all rounder to me is a dog they can hunt chase catch and dispach what ever it comes across I'm not saying 3/3 on fen I'm mean a dog that can catch must of what it comes across to a decent standard jmo
