Alright lads finding it a bit of a nightmare here trying to get my hands on the dog trace x20 +. Any of you know where i can go to buy one either online or is there a retailer in the uk where you can walk in to buy a set up ??

Garmin from usa and france are not compatable like box won't link to collar and visa versa ??

Ah [BANNED TEXT] all my mates have garmin alpha 100 with the t5 mini on his bushers there good bits of kit but there from france and not sure on delivery time. I'm wanting to have one delivered within the week. Bit impatient i know ??

Is there any UK dealers of garmin or dog trace tracking gear. Can anyone point me in the right direction i dont want to be waiting weeks for one to arrive.

Plan is get one going then get another pup in but i hunt with a few mixed breeds and some good ones it can learn from

Depends on the individual dog tbh like any just from my experience terriers catch more in cover than the teckles as they are very vocal, there are good little dogs for tight cover but they struggle to even walk on a fell and wooden areas they also struggle in due to how small in the leg they are and they do tend to tire out first on a days hunting aswell and I'm talking about middle of the season as fit as a fiddle

Wouldn't say they were good at killing in cover from my experience but better shift stuff from cover

Seeing more and more use dog trace as they alot cheaper than competition and do the same job

Yeah they a good bit fun, they better with a good dose of terrier in them from my experiance, hunt harder etc

I hunt with a few teckles that mate owns, there decent enough dogs in tight cover and hold a line fairly well, actually surprising little dogs there about 7 that get out with us

That's it there plenty of people not willing to put the miles in to get what they want

Cheers for the reply last, got my name down on a beagle x pup if breeding comes off. Its an interesting xs and one iv wanted for a few years now I'd love to get 2 pups together to fetch on but plan on one next year get it going then another the year after to run with a small pack of terrier and teckles we have between a few mates who meet up for a bit hunting.
