  1. ummim in the process of applying for my sgc at the moment mate and will be applying for my fac toward the end of this year ,so i will be using her for bushing if all goes well ,also would like to do some smoking on the rats with her and would like to have a go at the fox's but i dont have any experience with dogs except for running lurchers. Would be ideal if anybody near here would be willing to show me the ropes of digging and working terriers before i go giving her bad habbits! if anybody is willing ill be very very grateful! cheers all Brad.

  3. thanks for the kind replys lads! shes a natural worker and had working parents (garry middleton line??) aparently but she was a nice bitch and has a nice personality and that is good enough for me,im in the middle of making a smoker so will have a go at smoking some rats with her and my lurcher if all goes to plan tomorow. Ps.looking for a lakeland stud dog as were hoping to have a litter out of her as shes such a nice pup many thanks all Brad.

  5. hi lads,how are you all?? my names Brad im 15 from south wales,i mainly shoot air rifles shotguns and FAC , i have a lakeland patterdale (i believe she is) bitch who is around 2 years old,we got her for a deterant of rats as we had quite a problem with them on our small holding and with her and traps ,the numbers have dropped. Im interested in having another terrier purely for me to work rats and fox,and hopefully in the future to have a litter out of with my current terrier jess. Are there any lines you can reccomend me buying a dog from? and what do you do to train your pups? purely intr

  7. ive now learned shot sizes etc. but the chokes are kind of confusing lmao ,im an apprentice body repair technician ,rebuild my own bikes and engines etc. from a young age so im the sort who can do stuff myself as the last thing i like to do is get somebody else to do the job and then have to pay them ,i also partially understand what i will need for reloading now,such as dies bullets primers powder press and all that,there are actually a few helpfull videos on youtube,i will add some links when i find them again lol ,as said,im concentrating on shotguns at the moment and leaving the fac unt

  10. Hi all hows it going ? ,went on my first shotty outing on thursday. Derboy picked me up at 7:15am and made our way to one of his great permissions. When we got there ,we had a chat with the farmer and his son and he said he wanted some ferals cleared from his feed store/workshop we had a look and i managed to drop on with my air arms s410k .22 and we left them for later on. We then drove to the chosen field and setup the hide and unloaded all the gear. After a quick safety talk and being shown some techniques we settled down and got ready for the birds.   13. air arms s410 carbine very good accuracy. but as said ,any of thewell branded pcp's will out shoot their owner,o and dont put springers out of the equation

  16. thank you for the kind words gerald ill say it again,this has really put a new slant on my shooting and i enjoy it more than ever! hopefully if all is well,were back out on the crows with the shotguns i think tomorow morning so early start cant wait to getmy forms in haha,And hopefully i will oneday tech all that ive learned to someon inexperienced like myself ATB mate Brad.
