You have never seen one work a good gsd will try its best (give 100%) also with brains to make the training a bit less of a chore .. also This x did win obedience trails .. Now how many other lurcher x can say this ... yeah collies but how many is there of them ... + they are a little harder to steal ,, I dont want everyone to have one ... I just fancied a easy to train lurcher ... No offence ment to anyone .. like your hawk too I am guessing mate yes, never seen one work.     My question is what would suit me in a lurcher ,, I like a bit of lamping a early morning walk must be a bitch .To hunt a bit of anything I see .and bring back things I may shoot mark hunt up ... I know on here its hard to get straight answers without kennel blindness so ... I dont want a collie x they dont have enough courage ,, I dont want a bullx they have too much courage ,, I have no use for a saluki x as hares are just trouble these days .. I dont want a lurcher x lurcher ... everyone tells you to get the cross what they have ...

    So, if they bring all of the above to the table, why aren't they more popular......??? Because They don't write books about the gsd x lurcher / greyhound my old merle fan..As for litter waste you get that in most lurcher and terriers,,, If your honest out of most litters of lurchers more will fail ,,, some because of bad owners ,,, some because they dont get the right cross for what they are hunting ... This is my best answer in my best hand writing

    The brains of a gsd are hard to beat but most lurcher men / lads don't go for brains... So they have more courage than a collie, stamina, are very hard to steal, a good coat , good feet .. Yeah I can see why they are not more popular ,,

    I've been looking for a while now for a gsd x greyhound ..I know there is a few on here who have them ... I was wondering if I breed some would there be anyone want this cross other than me
