    Just finished reading this book, Its a belter. Its in good condition, with slight wear to the top of the dust sleeve where It has been in my bag. Looking to swap for another lurcher book, Ideally 'Running Dog Maintenance', or other Manual type books. Not really interested in books depicting stories and memories. Drop us a PM.

    Thanks for the advice. He hasnt been castrated, and I'd say he's quite fit, hes been on a good few four hour walks with an in shape lurcher and hes kept up with him, not much panting. He's got bags of energy and hes extremely strong, Its just the fat. Hes currently on complete by Wag, so Ill look at getting him a specialist food. Thanks!

    Alright people, My Staffordshire Bull Terrier has really packed on the weight, he was living with my mum for a while and he was too much for her to take out for walks regularly. Plus he was fed scraps every day aswell has his own food and as a result hes piled on the pounds. Hes back with me now, but it doesnt seem to be shifting as easy as I thought It would. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on reducing his weight, aside from the obvious walks and controlled food intake? ATB Blainy!

    Im with you Tyson, Id love to know they were out there but they just arent. It looks like a normal moggy to me, I know hes been there with his cardboard cut out but its hardly scientific evidence! Maybe decades ago, when they were released due to the exotic animals laws being brought in, but all those would have been dead by now.

    Im in the process of doing this at the moment, albeit a slow process! the sheds about 15ft x 8ft. The door is in the centre of the shed, and I'm planning to fence off the right hand side for the dog, and cut out a hole in the front of the shed leading out into a run. Not sure what I'm going to use to fence the run off as money is an issue at the moment. Definitely going to look into that wax coated bedding.

    Has anyone ever ran a dog on a full stomach, as in an hour or two after a feed? Sometimes you dont know your going out until last minute, would this deter you if your dog had not long eaten?
