Get a Patterdale, cheaper and better.... -
Just banged Stir Crazy on now, howling already...

My kind of comedian, very eccentric but funny as hell. I'm one of the few that thought he was the funnier of the pair in him and Pryor.....

I'm selling my Samsung S7 if you're interested. Hardly used in very good condition. I'll even throw in the VR Goggles I got with it. £370.....

I think if you're after Terrier books then David Harcombe is your man, no disrespect to Darcy but Harcombe is a Terrier man through and through....
-
I don't belive he's that old, not having it at all...

Of course they are, my uncle has a pair of bitches off the same family and they are very calm dogs especially the chocolate one. If she wants a Border get the lady a Border....

Don't want to post pictures as there not mine to post but my mate came off them for a while started training without gear and eating properly for around 9 months. Posted a side by side picture on one side he was massive bloated and awful looking but at the time everybody was impressed by it. On the other he was smaller but looked in much better shape. Folk on gear doing everything right will always beat folk doing it natural. Folk on gear not eating or training right will not always beat folk training and eating well the natural way imo. Of course if you're carrying a lot of body fat and bul

Oh don't get me wrong if you eat properly and take them the results will be immense but don't kid yourself that a natty who eats well will look as good as a juicer who doesn't take his diet seriously, not in my view anyway.

I don't think it's massively important when on steroids tbh. My cousin's diet is shit and is fairly clueless about training but he looks very well, steroids is the big major factor why he looks good. He trains regularly I'll give him that but if he did it naturally he would be lost....Sorry I disagree, whether on gear or not diet is of major importance. Even on the juice your diet needs to bang on to keep your bf low.Just my opinion atbI don't think this is true, like I said my cousin's abs are showing and he's forever at McDonald's and KFC. He was naturally skinny so he's far from a genetic

It can't be coincidence all these Bodybuilders and wrestlers dropping dead so young, is it really worth the health damage to look well and pull a bit of extra pussy?

Wait around, my mate has a Nuttall/Wheeler litter down soon.

Get a Spaniel instead....

Everybody at my work follows shite programmes some p.t has charged them a fortune for and talks about just wanting ton"tone up and not look like a bodybuilder" the amount of shite I've heard over the years I just let it go and get on with what I'm doing now it used to get to me. Lab all you need is a bar/dumbbell bars ,weights, decent bench. Squat rack . Dip station. Then fire a bar for pull ups between the rafters. Those should be the staple of every home gym in my opinion and can be used to get in great shape without any other equipment. When I first started I got all second hand stuff pr

The lack of knowledge people have included the blokes who look well is unreal. The number of times I've heard people say "I'm going light now to rip-up" or "I'm going to go heavy to bulk-up" is crazy... Telling my mate it's pure bullshit is like talking to a brick wall, funnily enough he looks shite after years of training....

What sorts of weight are you doing for reps on deadlift mate?I'm not going to my limit tbh. This week is the first I've been to gym in over a month and yesterday did 3 sets of 10 reps at 160kg excluding the bar. That's not bad lifting at all fella given a month out. Like you say it's all relative to your size I suppose. I'm 16-17 stone and couldn't pull 200kg at the moment. You weigh similar to me, I was 16 stone 10lb last time I got weighed. I wish I was more consistent with my training and my diet. Getting to the gym after work and knowing it's going to be packed full puts me off and must admi

I weigh around 106kg and never tried my 1 rep-max incase I fcuk my back up. I've been working out sporadically for just under a year but always had quite a bit of muscle mass all my life. I still don't know if I'm doing all my lifts with correct form but I think I could piss 250kg plus deadlifting.
-
Well Eddie weighs 26 stone so in theory a man 13 stone would only need to be lifting 250kg to match him. There are some strong little fuckers out there. I've never been strong for my size. It's weird, I'm very strong at work and when I mess about with people I throw them about like a ragdoll but I'm far from impressive in the gym although I've never pushed myself to my full limits. Tbh I train haphazardly and have only been at it less than 12 months and don't have a diet. I've got that real world strength I guess, takes time and consistency to master the gym strength... Yep 2 different
