  1. Iv always been off the same thinking, but have tried different methods and got mixed results. Started training my back loads a while back and it got huge quickly then for a while I started doing stuff all over 3 or more times a week almost randomly...with rowing machine sprints in between. I struggled to put on size but I got fit as f**k and looked real good too, had people asking what I was taking to get in such good shape and I was completely clean not even any supps or shakes. My goal isn't to put on size by squatting daily, but my quads will definitly grow I'm going for definition which
  2. I'm more of a stout man myself.
  3. You seem to be on a witch hunt against juice......which to me is just as bad as going straight on it.....you are a beginner to lifting mate just slow down and enjoy moving weight about for now and understanding how bars/equipment/food/your body works.....................so many people run before they can walk and are burnt out within 6 months.............you havent gone and paid a 1 year membership anywhere have you I'm not against juice just the bullshitters who lie swearing they haven't touched it when they turn from size zero to meathead in 5 mins, half these personal trainers are taking s
  4. Yes but I wouldn't waste time with protein or instant mass shakes just eat more food, Of course real food is better but protein shakes are very convenient, saves a lot of cooking ha.
  5. What makes you say that ?.....do you think he,s never taken punches off of big powerful guys then ?Yeah he was knocked down by Dillon whyte and he is hardly powerfull Plus obviously he has been sparring people aswell and taken shots I just don't think he will last when he fights anyone who's up there currently, I don't hate Joshua i just don't think he deserves all the hype, it seems to be the same story on the boxing forums with only casuals believing the hype. All them muscles don't carry themselves he seems to be getting bigger aswell which can only hamper him further. David Tua was knocked
  6. My point is, is there big gains to be made through diet and legal supplements such as creatine?
  7. You say you have only been lifting a few months......do yourself a favour me ol mate and stop reading so much.......get into a reputable gym, seek out some big strong healthy well conditioned people and ask them what they do......most people are only too pleased to share knowledge and information with newcomers as ultimately we are all chasing similar goals.......with only a few months lifting experience juice shouldnt even be entering your mind....learn to lift correctly, learn to eat correctly, learn your bodies responses.......then one day in the future if you ever get anywhere near to your ge
  8. You're not getting what I'm saying, I sure as damn bet that to get enough effect for serious muscle growth the dosage is a hell of a lot higher than amounts used for their purpose in the medical industry.

    Filas ?

Having an idiot own a man aggressive breed is a recipe for disaster. They look like they have Bloodhound in them, their bark gives it away too.
  10. He'd do well to follow Lennox Lewis's progress, fighters these days are mega hyped and rushed too much IMO.
  11. That's the thing, you have to abuse them to get the benefits for full muscle growth.
  12. I've been always led to believe that Deca works wonders for injuries. In fairness mate, you got a back injury and quit training completely. Do you really think you have the dedication to use drugs safely and efficiently?Get medically checked out and get lifting again and work around your injury. To think that you couldn't continue to make progress just because squats and deadlifts were a no go is wrong. I did my back in around 2 months ago. At work I've still been getting sciatica so it's still not right, I have been to see a remedial therapist and tbh she didn't know what was up with me.Good
  13. Not to be nosey.....but what sort of age are you mate ? 30 pal, I've boxed before and always been in shape through work but new to the weightlifting game.

  16. I've never lifted weights in my life until December, training for around 6 weeks and did my back in deadlifting. f****d it up good and proper and haven't worked out for around 2 months. Thing is because I'm a bigger its best if do a full body routine but that means lots of deadlifting and squats which will mess my back up. I considered going on the juice to see if it helps my back but thought better.
  17. I'm sorry but you're underestimating the effects of steroids big time, my cousin has no diet plan at all and doesn't train that intensely and his body has changed beyond belief, the reason.... Steroids. Whats his cycle......and why ?........Taking performance enhancing drugs without trying to enhance your performance will not build mass or muscle, but will still experience all the same side effects........if you take Viagra to improve your sex life but dont have sex you dont bypass the side effects Steroids are for serious lifters to supplement a well organized diet and training regime....ta

  22. Should there have been a cap that prevented the likes of Joe Louis fighting Primo Carnera? Of course not..At 6 ft 5 and a half Carnera was a big man but that cant be compared with the trends we are seeing today. He was as heavy as most large fighters today and towered nearly every fighter of that era, he was a freak of nature. That didn't stop great smaller fighters from beating him just like it doesn't today. Can you not see the irony in what you are saying ?..............the fact we remember a fighter like Carnera from near 100 years ago is because he was a freak ......do you think Tyson Fury
  23. Probably around 4-5am I'm guessi just bought it £ 19 .95p sky/box office , mayweather to win by ko 8 round Pacman is going to eat him up, in and out boom, boom, boom, boom boom. I'm going with Manny on points, maybe even a late stoppage.
