    I haven't got a PC and don't really want one tbh, I want something that is reliable that will play on my TV with good picture quality, like I said the Genesis addon was working perfectly.

    I received my MX Android box that's running Openelec yesterday as it's supposed to run better than Android. Genesis was a top quality add on with great picture quality. Tried the live sports app Sports Devil and the quality was shocking, 90% of the content didn't work and the ones that did were unwatchable. Switched it on today and it was froze on the homescreen, did everything the seller told me, stuck a pin in the AV slot at the back, cleared the cache and rebooted the system and still locked on homescreen.     The great Julio Cesar Chavez never did any pad work, Manny Steward mentions he learnt lots from working with the Mexican. He learnt all his skills from good sparring, IMO padwork is a little overrated as it is all rehearsed in someway as the pad man calls the shots beforehand, can't beat sparring.

    Oh I think he's a good boxer, I've never said he wasn't, he can give it but can he take it the big question ?? Remember the hype around David price, remember am it Khan, AJ will be like them, similar to frank Bruno he'll get taken into deep waters and knocked out in his next 6 fights. Also what's infatuated mean? Fury hasn't got the best set of whiskers either has he? Don't forget he was dropped by blown up Cruiserweight Steve Cunnigham who wasn't even a big puncher in that division.

    Its worth remembering Gary was 35 - 0 with a world ranking at that time as well. Yep Lewis handled stepping up in class by stopping Mason, let's see if Joshua can do the same when the time calls.

I know he only just starting out , but looking at him, to me he looks a lot more agile/loose than Bruno ever looked, and I think faster hands than Lewis , but with the same power or more than Lewis . as said in know it still early, but watching him fight I think he looks better than the 2 above , and prob would have give Tyson a good fight in his day .     Seriously what's the gains that can be made naturally in around a year? I already weigh around 15 stone 7lb with decent muscle to say I've never lifted weights. Surely these claims of putting on 14lb of muscle in a year are for the 8 stone weaklings with no muscle at all??

    Deadlifts for glutes/adductors/lower back Good Mornings for hamstrings/lower back They will both work the same muscle groups but Good Mornings offer a wider range of motion as the centre of gravity changes bringing flexibility and balance into play as opposed to the sheer up and down brute force of deadlifting. I'm sure it were the Good Mornings that messed up Bruce Lee's back.

    Are Good Mornings are decent Deadlift replacement or will they still do my back in? How vital are they to alround muscle growth anyway?

    That's the thing I'm used to deadlifting at work with heavy equipment and materials so I thought I was immune from getting injured, how wrong I was. Just pisses me off that I can't do a full body routine which is best for begginers.

    That's how I did my back in deadlifting, 3 sets of 10 at 120kg without warming up like the dumb beginner I am. Daren't attempt at the minute in case my back plays up again.
