    good pole in there day you can buy universal top three kits you may have to cut these back always use insulation tape when cutting back stops the carbon splitting. try and buy a a second hand pole the same or scour the free ads for spares etc.

    well i am going for five weeks and have done for the last few years but as the saying goes when in rome do as the romans IE make the effort to try and learn the language i have enrolled at night school on basic lessons and the french love a tryer even one with a crappy wigan accent. as for bringing the dog back no problems there is know quarntine the ruless changed jan this year and even tick injections are not required but will be given anyway. the area is around luzy just south of paris reminds you of the lakes but a hell of a lot bigger. i agree a few ex pats cant hack it but a fair

    anyone with any experience of hunting with dogs in france [lurchers] i know you are required to sit an exam for a hunting permit and the season runs from sept to feb [good idea] and there is a list of species you can hunt but i think this refers mainly to shooting fraternity does this exam apply to hunting with dogs as well . was wondering about peoples experiences etc while hunting over there may get the oppotunity in the future to retire over there i am aware of the rabies laws and that they changed again this year would also like to know of peoples experience of bringing a dog back fro

    how do you mean.??? is it chewing the concrete or licking it .?? i can not see it being the lime it would burn its mouth badly its very nasty lime i hodded years ago an hated getting lime mortar on me especially the black shite burned like buggery if you over filled the hod. the concrete may have sweated the salt up to the surface. it could be licking that. il take your word for it have you ever got lime mortar on you i have its bleeding painfull you thinking of non traditional lime mortar the traditonal old style is awfull stuff like the previous posters say probaly just teething

    there are plenty places selling these for as little as a £1 but they are ideal for the lamping and an easy mod to replace the switches already fitted especially as the switches fitted on lamps today are not these type or i aint come across any yet. when looking to buy or find them always make sure you put [momentary pushbutton switch] in the search. plenty on ebay or RS components etc or any electrical outlet even the rocker types are easy to convert always go for the heavy duty ones and 12v rated and check the amps output as well.

    if your wifes that dead set against it dont bother it will end in tears mainly for the poor dog there are plenty pups in the rescue homes from 6 months to twelve and a bit older me thinks you will end up getting shut of it anyway. your wife aint happy and the only guarantee you get in life is death and taxes. £50 is SFA for any dog if your stashing at that what about the jabs future vet bills food leads etc. £100 to £150 a pup from working parents a lot more for really good bred pups, and a 12 month old just started to lamp with a trial i would look to pay upto £500 for one with potential an

    my dogs 12months old same problem i have been using a combi click and whistle use it in the house to get his attention when he comes give him a treat do this up about seven times then lay off as he can get bored again tug toys and the advice you have already been given is sound advice .as for the treats i use denture chews from bakers then slice them very small £1 a pack so get plenty use out of a pack . its just perserverance and time and you will get there and start seeing results which is the best part.

    thanks for the advice guys the dog is roughly 12 months old .?? will worm him out again. the lamps i used to use were LR,9s the old lucas ones seen them on ebay but aint paying 40 quid for one was looking about the 100 pound mark for a kit but theres that many out there now.?? i aint ruining my pants and coats with motor bike batteries again lol. was trying to get my lad to let me use his youtube account to post some pics vids of the dog but no chance thats his modern warfare 1 and he dont want his owd dickhead dad ruining his street cred lol will use photo bucket or create an account on y
