well maybe its you thats the lucky 1, to have all that food as cheap as you have, i can assure you i dont, so i feel the need to buy it in now an again... an when i do it comes in 1lb packs an contains a or part of a whole carcass ffs, what is so hard to figure out aboot that????/ lots of places sell it, an most do in 1lb bags, pets at fookin home sells it, go see.... google barf, an you will see that 99% a the barf forums are all run an were started by companys that make an sell just that, barf... fook there is only another guy on here on a diffrent thread saying he is thinking of doing

Not to be picky or having a pop but you make it sound as though it is a specific brand of food "a few places sell it" and "it usually comes in 1lb packs". Could be misleading to someone who doesn't know. It doesn't have to be commercialised. It can include butchers scraps, meats from supermarket, raw veggies etc. You can even feed game you catch yourself wow lol i just answered the guy, what would i have to gain oot it??? it does usually come in 1lb bags, an loads a places are selling it now, even local little pet shops, no its not a brand, i never said it was, an neither di

Wouldn't touch tripe with a barge pole, why's that? Don't you like the smell? My dogs get mainly rabbit, venison and birds, I supplement with a little kibble and feed hearts from time to time. Because I don't feed guts, I feel the need to give tripe. It has a lot to give dogs other than protein. smell an it was pointed out to me a while ago that the nutritional value of tripe compared to other meat is crap, so i opted not to feed it, i go tmates who swear by it an there dogs do well, i do feed a very mixed diet an try to make up for the lack of tripe in the diet

We didn't know what "Biologically Appropriate" meant, when we first started feeding bones and raw food !! LOL !! i feed along the same lines myself not a big fan of tripe on its own as it lacks alot of stuff more so protein than any thing eles what price that company charge robert im sure daf started off at around 7 quid a box mate, an a box consistes of 20 x 1lb pouches of your desired meat, but over the last 4 years an the increase in customers buying the barf diet in for dogs there prices have soared, im sure its upto 11 quid a box of meat now mate, but there meat is always nice an fresh to give them some credit, there is also a place im middlesbough now that offers similar services but my

i feed most meat but i wouldnae touch tripe way a bargepole, id honestly rather feed kibble than tripe... my dogs thrive on lamb/beef/chicken/bunnys as staple diet way veg, pasta an rice thrown in for good measure, they also get a load a hare an venision when its available, check out some a the pet food sites mate, durham animal feed or daf for short usually has a decent suplly an a good menu, tho me an a few mates local to me have stopped using them as there prices are slowly but surely creepin up.. best a luck with ye new venture

iv done a fair bit of research into these boxes, an the only folk that seem to slate em are folks who have never used em, yet a know a few honest decent dogman, who make no money off this product or have anything whatsover to gain from you buying 1, an they all swear by them an use them on there own dogs, in my life iv learnt to listen to the folk who have tried summat, rather than the folk that disbeleive for whatever reason...

my take on it is this, i read your threads about how you made the knifes, an even tho i understand them an find them really intrestin, iv no actual plans to ever make a knife, same way as the guys that make collars, nets an anything else on this site, i supoose i could do, an id probs end up with a 2nd rate product, but thats not good enuff for me, i like my stuff well made, even if it means having to buy in, what ever your prices are for a knife/collar/net they may be expensive to some, but im afraid my time is valuable to me, an time spent making knifes/collars/nets or anything else is time -

cut straight across an inntertube pal, till ye are left way wee o rings, like wee elastic bands, then put it over yer pole, twist an over yer pole again, like my daughter does way her bobble an pony tail haha or atleast thats what iv done in past, 1 inertube makes hundreds of bands an ye can cut em as thick as ye want
