    Well glad to say I got my renewal through the post the other day .. didn't have an inspection. Even my two referees didn't have a phone call

    Hello, Just recived a letter that my firearm certificate is up for renewal .I take it .its just a case of downloading and filling out the forms and sending off with photos and payment ? .. will they need to do another inspection. Not that is a problem

    yes i know that now ...a reformatted disc is still recoverable .. but to format a disc one would need a windows os disc .. so surely a disc thats been formatted and rewriten with a new os would make it 100% clean?

    formatting the hard drive will wipe ever thing .. you can only do this if you have a windows operating software disc ripping out the hard drive and installing a new one will leave the pc useless unless someone as a windows operating disc... if it was me i would create a new user and delete your account this will get rid of any files or programs you have installed .. what os is it running ie windows 7 vista , xp

    Tried using the snake last night ,bloody mare of a job ,ended up throwing it in the bin. Maybe i was too hasty chucking it. Maybe you could instruct me on the correct way of using it ,if would be so kind First off all i found using my bore snake was almost impossible to use on its own ..( getting weight down the barrel ) so i made a pre cleaner .. got the waist cord from a pair of waterproof legging and a thinner cord from a set of window blinds melted the end together .. so now i run that down my barrel first .. that gets rjd of the larger stuff and i can drop the weight from the bore

    I will always run a bore snake down my barrel and strip down and clean my mod, also wipe over the bolt with a rag+ wd40 before i lock my rifle away .. even if i've only fired off a few shots

    try this.. pull the bolt back to the open position then depress the trigger and then the bolt should pull the rest of the way out

    funny how one force to another can have difference views ...never used a rifle before but my feo recomended the hmr over the 22lr due to less change of ricochet

    When I started looking for a HMR I had my mind set on a cz 452 silhouette .. but was put off by the design of the trigger guard , so decided to spend a bit more on something that I was happy with and got myself the sake quad . A friend of mine has got the Cz and It shoots well but I find the bolt action on my sako seems to be more smoother ...but that might be down to me keeping my rifle well maintained .... so get a rifle you are happy with
