Cheers mate, was there much in it? I can imagine the saluki is quicker on the turn than the larger deerhounds but what about the smaller ones? Edited to ask which of the two did you prefer?

Why is it happening as I haven't spoke to 1 person who is for it. What can Scotland possibly gain?

I'm not worrying myself with all that side if it. Just wondering what would happen the hunting side of it if it was a different country.

Would anything change regarding the hunting with dogs law if Scotland became independent? If it did happen and the ban was lifted in the rest of the uk would Scotland be excluded? What's your thoughts?

I goin this on the dogs lip today, she hasn't been near foxes or rats for a couple of months now so it's not a bite from that. When I pressed it it was quite hard. Anyone any ideas or advice is much appreciated thanks

That sounds a cracking cross, should be a handy dog, well done. Like people are saying the saluki crosses are very sensitive and I found that they cant take the same scolding as other crosses. They will try your patience with there weirdness and jumpyness but the most important thing is to get that bond with them and then take it from there. Once that is in place there a joy to work with IMO.
