Found this young crow(i think ) earlier it had fell out the nest by my local shops, where do i stand with hand rearing it ?is it against the law to rear it then release it ? Genuine question as i truely dont know what the laws are . misrable looking little thing it is, the kids have called it scrooge

IF THERE WOULD HAVE BIN VISIBLE SIGNS OF CUBS, I WOULD HAVE TRIED TO TAKE THE CUBS ALIVE WITH VIXEN AND MOVED THEM A FEW MILES AWAY. I HATE KILLING CUBS AND TRY MY BEST TO MOVE THEM WHEN I GET THE CHANCE.
