    Have you got enough work for 3 lurchers/ whippets ???personaly I,ve 3 in the house and to be honest its too much, wife keeps nipping my head to get the kennel built, I tend to think though dogs that are kept in the house develope a much better bond with you Honestly....no...i dont have enough work for another..... Which is why im no getting one. Id have 10 dogs if i could.....as a dog 'person' theres always the temptation to get another...."what harm can it do".... But hand on heart, id only be getting one because i 'wanted' one... Very valid point about dogs retiring....at

    Well if im being honest to myself.... getting another would mean 4 in the house...and all my runners within 3 years of each other... The whippets almost 2, lurcher 12 months and then a pup.... I use the whippet for ferreting, lurcher for lamping and my lab x bushes ( to a degree)... i would say they get their work and throughout the summer theyre out a lot....lure coursing etc....they get their exercise. But in no uncertain terms are they anything other than pets first, workers second. I have my dogs to enjoy them and let them enjoy themselves.... But i dont drink, go out e

    Seen a thread on here from a few years ago. Thread was asking 'how many dogs you got' and the answers varied from 1 to 22 dogs! It wasnt clear from the post how these dogs were housed... So im wondering... how many dogs/breeds do you guys keep indoors? And how many, is too many? Myself i have a lab x collie, a whippet and a small lurcher...... It has been contemplated getting a 4th My dogs stay indoors but have the use of a small kennel for an hour or so daytime, when wet etc.

    9.5mm perfect A good medium between size and cost. Any smaller is a bit light, any bigger the price soars.... Just over a fiver for 200....9.5mm off fleabay. Feck making your own...by the time youve moulded 200....at 6-8 at a time....... Got better things to spend my time doing....rather just pay my money and reap the rewards.     A phantom would be great. I don't want kits. But hoping wont help me establish what's happening. Thanks anyway. If you dont want to pay the vets fees then just wait and keep an eye on here... if she starts to go downhill then straight to the vets...other than that i would just let nature take its course

    ive not found it a problem. If the collar is going to snag.... its going to snag....no matter how thick it is. Most the ones shown are lurcher collars....but ive got a whippet sized one on my whippet and its definitley not bulky. Also have a lurcher one on the lurcher... Think is was shown on here a while back...these actually weight less than a standard collar made out of leather Doesnt look bulky on a 19.5" 24lb dog does it?
