  3. Long story, I ha heart attack and trip heart bypass adhad to give up bop lurcher. I now hae angina and arhtritis so I stick to somethig ican usually manage. What hppend wasi had walk to far and was suffering with chet pains and went a bit dissy when I bentover to put the dogs back on thelead got home cat bolts from under a car og catches it and even though I was suffering I did mybest toget the dog off the cat. Bythis time I am in a bad way some women came out with garden tools ai am laid out o the road, luck for me my neighbourcame out tohelp me home. I di notset the dog on the cat. Hope tha
  4. Not much about attacking cats and nothing said about the penalties for such acts of dogs attacking cats.
  5. Had a visit from the dog warden regarding my terrier ragging a cat, she said that if it happens again I could be prosecuted and ydog pts. Is this right has anyone had this happen to them. Thanks for any possitie response.
  6. Saterday the 25 may was on the rats after farm had said they're was plenty around, started very slow but pick up and soon had a dozen in the bag. We had the farmer put the gabber into a manure pile and out they came to play. Moved onto the second farm and it was a free for all the terriers were at them. We went into a biulding that was used for storing feed and machinery, the terriers started marking some of the machines and with a few well placed ferrets the rats started jumping out. Decided to move some straw about and let the ferrets loose with lots of rats bolting every were. A good day

  8. Just started a photography course at college and had to get some pics with texture as with the tree bark, I am learning how to use my cameras functions. Nice photos kay always follow your post.

  14. just thought i would get your veiws on how well i am doing with my photography. As you seem to beone of the best on here. at the bottom of the treei saw this wren and saw these a few days ago
  15. all my terriers are brok to live stock, look the other way when ferret appears. 134 on that photo.

  19. rats do fight back and a ferret has the choice to back off if it is getting a good hidding, which usually end with the ferret refusing to enter to rat again. They do make very good rabbit ferrets though.

  21. Thats true mule, i preffer the smaller gill for ratting and rabbiting, have used hobs on rat but mostly for rabbit.
  22. i us ferrets to bolt rats and have done so for many years now. It's very rare that a rat takes on a ferret but in my experience the ferret comes out on top, having said that the odd occasion a ferret do's get injured.
