Just seen an advert offering a .22lr puma rifle, plus scope, mod, bag etc for £325. I was going to get a CZ but at that price I can't help but do a double take. Anyone used one? What did you think? Cheers, Dan.

I warned everyone months ago to get a few jerrycans in case the Iran thing blew up and they closed the straights of Hormuz, unfortunately I didn't take my own advice It's like the stock markets, the more people worry the more it hits the fan.

I used to work in London, near Heathrow. Twice I heard a plane fly overhead at what I could only describe as impossible speeds. This was after Concorde was banned. Both times I looked up and couldn't see a thing Definately a few secret aircraft zooming about the place!

Seen alot of strange lights over the years, nothing definately though. There's so many satellites, stars, planets and planes I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Until I was getting ''probed''

Nearly pissed meself then .....just had a vision of a couple standing at the bar and the bird says " so tell me Jock what have you been doing today " Excellent pics Ideation.......had to check for mud under my fingernails to make sure i wasnt there ...with a bit of concentration it certainly felt like it.....good stuff. Honestly I'm snapped, the slaughterhouse usually does them in 5 seconds with a bandsaw but the operator is off sick Cue me wrestling greasy pigs with a hacksaw for 5 hours

Lab for fitness you can't beat fartlek training - google it As someone else said 10k is fcuk all when you reach a reasonable level, good luck. And when you do it make sure to post pics in your spandex

Always run by time mate - the fitter you get the more distance you'll travel. So if you're running 5 miles in 40 minutes, within a month or so you could be doing it in half an hour, cutting 10 minutes off your training time.

I'll go out my way for any friend, glad to say I've got a few good friends who've been tested over the years, and never let me down Shame it's only at the bad moments when we really need help, do we realise who the sh*ts are who wouldn't get out of bed early for you. -

I was accused of being a racist the other day, for pointing out that black people (All descended from Africa), and northern Europeans are different - Africans evolved from Homo Sapien, whilst northern Europeans evolved from Neanderthal. So technically we are very different. Cue, ''Oh that's a bit racist, isn't it?'' No love, it's a simple scientific and anthropological FACT, so wind your neck in.
