At work today i was talking to a caretaker about the upcoming ferreting season and how i was looking forwards to it i knew he used to be a huntsman and i thought he would be intersted . anyway he mentioned about a story he recently read in a magazine he gets about some stock market invester (retired) complaining about how dirty his cars get since hes moved to the country and the fact that hes constantly stuck behind tractors when driving to the local village and about the dust when the combineharvesters are out . i managed to land myself a 1000 acre farm it is one of the hardest farms to get speaking to his son about 10 people a week ask for permission im a carpenter and i offerd my services i have put up a small celing for him 3 hrs work and ive had 4 visits a week 3 hrs a time so im happy try saying if they need a hand your willing to help him out farmers love free labour and its a way to meet other people throught the farmer you need to look at it from there point of view . them letting you ferret on there land is a privalidge so bend over backwards for the first farm and youre soon ge
