ok your oviously a novice to the fine art of air gun shooting so things have moved on alot over the last few years i am currently teaching a 45 yr old bloke to shoot he rushed out and brought an hw97k an underlever which he liked untill he tried a pcp air gun the next week he popped back to the shop and traded the gun in for a pcp . i used a bsa metior for many years and loved it untill my wife brought me my bsa hornet well what can i say what a diffrence no recoil and pin point accuracy none of that wobble at the last split second before the pellet leaves the barrel i personaly love them and

well lets get this sorted right if you want to shoot to kill foxes dont bother with an air gun get your fire arms licence and get somthing like a 408 why under lever? have you ever shot before? how much money do you have?

Im thinking of getting one ive always shot .22 and am happy with that but before i spend all that money are they any good? bad points? good points? and any comments that will help make my mind up

ferret food.not bad for a coule of hours work also shot a rat coming out of an oak tree. charlie fox got a suprise me bloody thing nearly walked over me ,what i would have done for a 408

well ive been and looked around my new ground ive been given about 45 acres(virgin) to start with which is fine by me . its been a while since ive seen that many bunnies as you looked down the hedge row there where tons of them all where easily with in 30 meters before they noticed me and i wasnt that camoed up . so tomorrow will be the first day on the bunnie culling hoping for a large bag but well see ill post pictures

just landed myself some new hunting ground a 1000 acres rabbit ridden all i did was pull up next to a tractor and ask for ferreting ground . the farmer did comment on the fact that it was too earlie for ferreting i replyed i was looking go try and gain permission for august he asked if i shoot i said yes well what about shooting rights. so im meeting him monday to go over the ground.

for months i have been having a problem with a mouse nicking bird feed out of my shed ive tried everything to get rid of it humainly as my wife thinks its cute but it crossed the line when i found it had got to the ferret food bag so for the last week ive cleaned the shed up and been putting traps down with no luck untill two nights ago when i checked the ferrets where ok before i went to bed and i got the little twat yeah . so i set up the traps again just in case when i caught a second one but this mouse had no tail (strange) so ive set them up again tonight to see if i get anymore. i k

dont force the ferret down the hole there could be a wesel or something it doesnt like down there ... this was a tip given to me be the big fish

id find land first dont waste that kind of money if all you can do is shoot targets in your garden get permission first.

there was 10 tree rats two magpies and about a dozen pigeons all feeding from the scraps that were being thrown out of the windows.

i was working at a old peoples home today and i couldnt believe the amoun of squirrels there where and one cocky magpie if only i had my gun
