  1. Simon , have checked with Redbeck to see if they put another seal on it ? The regal is very easy to adjust Simon ,when mine came back under powered ,I adjusted mine and took me only about !0 minuets to do !! If you want any help ,let me know
  2. I will let you know Mark , i have used them before and shot a rabbit at 60 yards , went straight down The only reason i stoped using them because i had 20 tins of JSB heavies and 6 tins of fields
  3. I think sporting rights are different to game rights http://www.andersonstrathern.co.uk/practice-areas/land-resources/sporting-and-fishing-rights/
  4. I have been using JSB heavies 10.3 of late with great results , but I am giving AA express 7.9gr a go this week ,meant to be better in the wind and hold more energy down range as well When I am wrong ,I am still right , so I am never wrong
  5. I thought about £ 300 - 350 tactical stock or £350- 400 wood stock
  6. England, Wales and ScotlandThe shooting of game at night is not permitted. Ground game (rabbit and hare – which is subject to a close season in Scotland) may be shot at night by an occupier of land or one other person authorised by the occupier, with the permission of the holder of the shooting rights under Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Schedule 7, unless the occupier has the exclusive rights. But you cant shoot them on Sundays or Christmas
  7. I don't no where about you are in Dorset ,but if you are near me I have a few for you to try
  8. Let us know how you get on with them , I will try them again some time this week as well and report back
  9. Nice mate , I have shared this on the ALF forum
  10. Only if you aim the damned thing at the sun! I have used my Combro inside, outside, in direct sunlight, by fluorescent tube, never had a problem! I totally agree ,but from experience I was getting some low readings , turned out to be direct sun hitting it , suppose I do live in sunny , sunny Bournemouth though
  11. Regged means it has a regulator so no power curve or sweet spot so it uses the same amount of air for each shot
  12. Have a look at the BSA ultra or scorpion both very , very good guns and even more after they have been regged by XTX AIR If you have the money go for HW100KT in any cal, these are already regged, as you can see this is a HW100 forum now IMO do not touch daystate ,over rated ,over priced crap AA s410 is a cracking good gun as well ,but not regged ,i just prefer regged guns , no sweet spots ,no power curves. My chose would be HW100k or kt and thats why i have two of them ,one in .177 and .22 love them both
  13. Sounds like a good permission , should keep you busy for a bit
  14. Mark, have a look at the Decoy shooting sticks , i have been using these lately , great for standing ,sitting , kneeling http://www.ardmoor.co.uk/decoy-legged-shooting-stick-lux-3ls050025
  15. Mark , i have tried AA Epress 7.9gr ,i can tell you these pellets are so good in the HW100k and my 97k , I will give these another go in the field again , but i just prefer JSB heavies 10.3gr for hunting !!
  16. take a look at this http://www.airgunforum.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/174275-Massive-177-JSB-Pellet-Velocity-Test-0-50-metres
  17. I think you find a.177 takes less wind than .22
  18. I have that on my floor , but in real marble
  19. That's the days when they could build a gun , unlike to day !!
  20. IMO they are worth it and they have a sale on as well , I paid just over £200 with rose wood cap and adjustable butt end , like I said I will get one for the 97K next week
  21. Its just not a sporter stock , its a custom made sporter stock and that's the difference . I have shot a few HW100s with a sporter stock ,but this one is different , may be a bit lighter
