  1. What would i have done? Well depends on wether i had permission to be there and wether the fox needed to be culled,if not i would have tied the other 2 dogs up for a start, then when the opportunity arose i would have got hold of either terrier or fox drew them out n let charlie run free, end of problem. If i had permission n fox had to be killed i would do same as above, get hold of fox with both back legs and tail all together so it cant turn n bite you and knock it on head, one good knock will do the trick,it might not be entirely legal but in an emergency is effective and humane, theres no comot

  4. Thats right mucker,it happens to everyone at some point, its how you deal with the situation that matters
  5. Its not an ideal world i live in,its the real world,if you wana do terrier work these days you have to be a bit carefull about it,im not saying all terrier men carry guns with them all the time,i dont always have one myself, but like i say if you know what your doing you should be able to handle things humanely no probs, and if you're unfortunate enough for it to all go wrong dont post it on a website for thousands to read, don't forget not everyone on these sites is on our side
  6. You'll be gettin sharp end of spade yourself! Clever c**t! Think if you look it up in wildlife n countryside act you'll find stabbing and beating are both listed as offences, like redrob said if anyone had seen it he could have ended up in court and it would have been another nail in coffin for terrier work and spoil it for them that bother to do it right.Accidents happen but if you know what your doing you can still deal with it humanely
