Out as usual this afternoon on some of my permission, ive had some great times here over the years, the hedgerows that surround the many acres i walk , are heaving with bunnies, farmer come belting over on his quad and pulled me, very nice about it, but told me, im no longer allowed on the land, reason being, droves of lads with their dogs are taking advantage of his land without asking, and doing damage, its not just the work for my dog im bothered about, ive plenty to keep us happy, we wont go short of bunnies, its the walk i will miss, absolute stunning scenery, woodlands hedgerows, a nice

Out with dog n ferret this afternoon, when the dog marked and began to dig, tuther side of a 7 foot odd fence, i couldnt resist, so over i went, 5 holer, slipped in the hob, stood back dogs ears twitching, out the bugger came, i stood and watched dog in pursuit, then out of sight, out popped the ferret, picked him up, climbed back over the fence, next min, dogs scrambling under fencing with a big bugger

Didnt mean to be sarcastic pal, so i apologise, but in my opinion, you are depriving them of their natural diet, meat n bone, i get the flies, but i deal with it, if you must feed biscuits, then cat biscuits are a no no, get a bag of proper ferret grub atb keith

First of all Dave, Thanks for your phone call today updating me on the pups , and now yet more pics, chunky little buggers eh, just shown em to my lady, and like me, she says any one of them will do us just fine, not long now, and i will be a proud and happy lurcher owner , as soon as her jabs kick in, thats it, tucked under my arm, and show her some life

One good thing about retirement i suppose , is my freedom to do whatever i want, whenever i want, was a cracking few hours out, a lot cooler now, i will sleep well tonight

12 30am, i went up to bed, because of the heat n humidity, couldnt drop off, 1 30 am, gets up and sat on my back garden, dog at my side, now i know a golf course thats alive with bunnies, about 20 mins run from me, so out came my lamp and off we went, take your piock there were that many, so she did , back home around 4 am, full monty and cleaned out the bunnies, slightly overcast here at the moment with slight rain, so we are off out when ive posted this, then its an early night for me
