    First of all Dave, Thanks for your phone call today updating me on the pups , and now yet more pics, chunky little buggers eh, just shown em to my lady, and like me, she says any one of them will do us just fine, not long now, and i will be a proud and happy lurcher owner , as soon as her jabs kick in, thats it, tucked under my arm, and show her some life

    One good thing about retirement i suppose , is my freedom to do whatever i want, whenever i want, was a cracking few hours out, a lot cooler now, i will sleep well tonight

    Theres nobody likes a moan more than me, but its normally just to myself, especially out in the field , i talk to myself and get carried away to the point ive nearly come to blows with myself then i think bollocks to it, i might waken up dead in the morning , so just get on we it

    12 30am, i went up to bed, because of the heat n humidity, couldnt drop off, 1 30 am, gets up and sat on my back garden, dog at my side, now i know a golf course thats alive with bunnies, about 20 mins run from me, so out came my lamp and off we went, take your piock there were that many, so she did , back home around 4 am, full monty and cleaned out the bunnies, slightly overcast here at the moment with slight rain, so we are off out when ive posted this, then its an early night for me

    ive just emptied my bladder over the ferrets, and whilst im here, lets not forget the elderly, they cant handle this heat, im just off up the street to check on Gladys

    ive got 6 belters here, now my dog goes mad for em, im undecided whether or not to give her a couple cos shes got her eyes on me bollocks to it, im having the lot

    Morton, dogs and working them , is my life now matey, and has been sin i retired, i often wondered what i would do once i did retire, would i get bored of being at home, allways had working dogs from my youth, loved the way of life then, but even moreso now, not enough hours in the day for me, take today for instance, up in Cheshire, time of my life, if it wasnt for my lady, i dont think i would have come home, i will continue to look over my shoulder until the good lord takes me, and i hope its in the field
