I enjoy my few hours each day on this forum, but im always saddened at posts such as these, ive not read through all of your topic the headline was enough for me, the dog is injured so please do not take offence at my offer of help, and im sure others will chip in also, but if money is a problem, then i will be the first one to stick my hand in my pocket , good luck with your dog atb keith
  5. 2nd catch was a belter, just the job for the pup, entered the ferret, sat back with both dogs at my side, i could feel the adrenalin pumping through Nells body as i held her, tail up, twitching like buggery in anticipation, of what was to come, and sure enough it came, and both dogs pounced, pup knows as soon as i put my coat on, whats in front of her

  7. i was happy with the 1, i always am,im not short of rabbits in my freezer, but on our way home, after giving the pup another run, nell marked again, so once again, slipped the stinker, another one in the bag, with pup on lead taking it all in

Not been out for a couple of days, so today, i went down the first country lane i came across, and out into the fields we went, let the pup have a run, burn off some energy, then back on the lead and did some ferreting, Nell marked an easy 3 holer, so slipped the stinker, sat back, with pup watching,then boom out the bugger came, straight in nells gob

  10. started off in 1958, with a Manchester terrier and lurcher, neighbours and mates dog, poaching Holcombe hunt , can see my parents faces to this day, coming home we a bundle of rabbits, loved it then, and still do to this day, I will never give up, happy as pigs in shit now with my whippet n lurcher

  13. bloody rabbit shot out that fast, i missed the catch
  14. was hard work getting to where my dog was down steep banking, and not the best of terrain with barbed wire all over the place, but weve done worse, ive always said to myself, if my dog is good enough to mark, i will do my best to accomodate
