Get on ebay, get a cannon or Nikon DSLR. a good Nikon camera that was before its time was the D70, it'll do everything you want and you'll get change from £100 second hand. The lens is more important than the camera, you want a fast lens, that's an aperture of say F2.8 or F4 at maximum zoom. The faster the lens, the less light needed to be captured to produce the photo. The less light needed means faster shutter speeds. It's the fast shutter speeds that capture the action shots.

All of them guys.... Dont go to people houses and spin them a line about their beloved pet.... To get them for feck all.... then sell them on for money.. Thats the difference. See all the guys who are raging at peddlers do they effect your life? Are you that sensitive you really fret whether some stranger gets stung by a shit dog? One thing you might take into account, might not apply to you only having one lurcher but unless you can hunt all your dogs together, its good to teach them that they don't always get to go when the other dogs go. Nothing worse than having a dog howl the place down when it's injured and your out lamping without it.

A dogs more likely to be better looked after if money changes hand so I'd say, it's more chance of finding a good home.And i would say that too....But when people give something away...
