I think we all started on regal mate lol. I moved to lambert and butler a few year ago cos of the price of regal but they got dear too. So went on the Rollie's and although its cheaper, you can't go on a night out with them lol. f**k it, think ill stop as well but I'm gonna use the patches me thinks.

Aye mate, worth a try. You need to stick to that though, I know folk that's been smoking them for 2 years now and don't like they are going to give up any time soon lol people do not realise theres 2 distinct things to giving up smoking 1 is the nicotine addiction and 2 is the habit, i still smoke the ecig at the back door That's the best way mate

Do you know what I see mate, when I smoke a fag, I smoke it, don't have another for say 20/30 minutes. Folk with ecigs seem to have them stuck to there face constantly taking in far more addictive nicotine. If your gonna do it, do it like your smoking a fag, 5 mins puffing away then hide the f***ing thing for half an hour. After a few weeks widen the gap to an hour etc. then after a few months come down a strength and start over again. That's the only way I see it working without becoming an ecig addict.

Where do you want them to ride mate? You can only do so much in an arena, field etc. unless you've got an all weather surface or indoor school, you ain't going to be riding much in the winter. I don't get why folk get hot and bothered at someone going a hack. Folk move into the countryside because they enjoy the country way of life. Horses were used and are a part of that countryside for centuries. Now they are used more for pleasure but are still a part of the countryside. If you want to go at 70 miles an hour, there are motorways for that, horses aren't allowed on them we have more fookin

Top lads them pair. They've not had an easy upbringing, yes a privileged one but money can't buy everything. I'm sure like any kids they wish they still had there mother and their parents never divorced. But they have to be respected for their attitude to there privileged lifestyles. The moral alone seeing them helping people in their hour of need must have been great. Well done lads.

They hold a game on the only lake in Scotland, the lake of monteith in the trossachs if the ice is thick enough. It's pretty much as popular as bowls if say or maybe a bit less. That doesn't sound good. Thanks for the update. Aye, he was some driver. I can mind when he broke his leg, missed some of the season and came back and played the no2 driver flawlessly. I think it was Baracello was the guy who said not only is he the best driver in the world but he's also the best no2 in the world. Eddie Irvine tells the story of schummys broken leg a bit different to that and how schummy couldn't stand being no2 but when Irvine was asked how he felt being 2nd to schummy he said "its not that hard he is the best there has ever been" I had an incline it was irvine.
