Fair play gd ! You say only 5 acres but mine's slightly bigger and it has given me some good bags for the last six months . Everyone is different but what I did in the beginning was to take group pictures of your bags for the owners to see . It's a much better impression to see a dozen bunnies hocked up than just to say to them "oh I managed to get a dozen bunnies" , pictures and words and all that. Regards

very effective But only in situations where the rats are scavenging or the food source is running low. In an agricultural situation where a food source is in abundance you will find that the rats will be a little reluctant to take it from the off. It may take a few days if not longer to lure them out of there comfort zone to a place where you can easily shoot. No matter what your using to bait with. Even if you put a flake in the bait and sprinkle it with hundreds and thousands, they aren't instantly going to come in droves to lap it up. I'm not saying baiting doesn't work. Just

Just a heads up , I was working on a small terraced house last year . This house was unoccupied for quite a while roof had to be retiled etc anyhow I had left some tools which I needed for a job at home .So I drove over and as I pulled into the the street there was a car with an Asian bloke in front of me going slow obviously looking for an address . Thinking nothing more of it I pull up out side the house I get out and open the front door when this fella appears in the doorway after me and ask if I lived here .
