With all the sadness and trauma at the moment going on in the world,I think it's worth reflecting on the death of a very important person.It almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise,the man that wrote the words to 'HOKEY COKEY'died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him in the coffin. It will be Shrove Tuesday on 21st Feb,although I eat pancakes all the time. My favourite topping is freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar One of my daughters will only eat them smoothered in mint sauce and my grandson likes butter on his. What do you like on your pancakes?
