To be honest I think they will go outside of England for the next coach. Eddie Jones may have a look in so it is rumoured? TC Fu*king hope not, can't stand the bloke. I mean, who would want a foreigner coaching their national team....................... Every British and Irish team that got through to the quarter finals of the world cup it seems. TC You're right of course. But I'd rather have an Englishman in charge of England given the choice. Can't see it though. Jake White would be my pick of the foreign coaches.

The Dove. Going again tomorrow, so no.

Not a suprise. The rest to follow as well. Ritchie included hopefully (and Robshaw) Ritchie did appoint Lancaster afterall. It's all Sam Burgess' fault anyway. Was he pushed or did he fall on his sword ?? He comes across as a decent man, I think he'd probably had enough as well and said thanks alot, but i'm off. Bring on Jim Mallinder........... ........Or as a complete outsider. Dean Richards.

LOL. I did of course, I think it's a Barbel ??

Now, I do realise just how much you boys enjoy the photos of the river Dove I take, and you've probably missed them lately ?? Well, rather than another picture of a beautiful river scene, here's something different for a change.............. 6lb 9oz

Read the books. Then make your mind up. Lots of un-answered questions ?? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Into-Thin-Air-Jon-Krakauer/dp/1447200187 http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Climb-Tragic-Ambitions-Everest/dp/0330488961/ref=pd_sim_14_1?ie=UTF8&dpID=51C5JSA02WL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR106%2C160_&refRID=14P517F8E01R9K2QQ9N2

Christ, what a mess. I think if i was one of the LAGBI folks, I'd pack it in and let the AWL/AWLL/ALC or whatever they are called to just get on with it now. They knew what was happening with regards the LAGBI getting a few people together for a meeting with TB, but then went ahead with their own meeting with the CA or TB (Not sure which) Anyway. A little bit naughty that IMO. -
There is NO contest between League and Union. Non at all. If Union is all about kicking, then Leauge is all running at someone and being tackled five times then hoofing it back up the field to be repeated all over again. No scrums, no lineouts. Nothing. Boring............. :wallbash: ........And as for the Haka!!

There's an Englishman and a Welshman sitting in a bar...............
-
Hard luck. Great game to watch for the neutral though.

I know, can hardly believe I've just typed that. LOL.

Come on you Taffy gits.
-
Great start to the build up for the next World Cup. All good...............
-
Me!! Great game. Fantastic to watch as a neutral. Hard luck Wales, but the best side won.
-
Sorry, I'm out with the dogs at the moment, I meant to say "Come on Ossie"
-
Come on the Aussies...........
-
Can't see Wales beating the Aussies tomorrow. But you never know. I mean, Wales did beat England, so there may be a chance................. Best make the most of it though, it's the Boks next. :tongue2:

Would he be in your world fifteen ??
-
Possibly yes, and his son. I would have Ford over Farrell any day. Farrell is a liability IMO. Burgess is no Jason Robinson thats for sure.
-
Northamptons Jim Mallinder. I liked Lancaster, I still do. He may stay on, but some of the selections he's made need to change. Robshaw isn't an openside, last night proved that. I'm not even sure he's the best blindside in the team TBH. So why make him captain. Surely you make your best player captain, then pick around him. I wouldn't have Sam Burgess in the squad either. Bath don't even know where they want to play him, let alone England. Whoever is in charge is going to struggle, England simply don't have any truly "world class" players at the moment.
-
I'd say Pocock was Man of the match. Just shows how much a team needs an out and out openside type of player. Who have England got there ?? Oh, thats right a blindside and the captain to boot. Can't drop him then!! Surely they've got to go for Armitage to play now, either that or get him playing in England no matter how much it costs.
