    i,m lucky enought that the farmers more bothered about other stuff rather then rabbits so i can as i please all year round your lucky you have somewere you can help your self to mate. got a call yesterday of the estate guy told me not to call he would contact me when ready. sounded pissed about something, so theres my main bit up in smoke! till i hear whats wrong (someone maybe upset him). had to ferret a garden today! good job its wick lol only tiny but we managed 25 bunnys for the guy so he was please about that as his lawn is in a right mess. the other 2 places which are garys

    bred my bitch twice and the first bred her with a deerhound grey f1 and shes 1/4 deerhound 1/4 bull 1/2 grey smooth coat had 5 pups 4 deerhound types and 1 smooth all different coulors from the sire and dam ,and the second time bred her with smooth bullx and she had 9 all came out smooth 4 the same colour as the sire and 5 brindle like the bitch its mad anything could happen and all the pups from first litter which are now 3 are all dfferent in size ,shape the only thing thats the same is they all singlhanded dogs

    i no what you mean i,ve a big deerhoundx with a right coat on him ,he smells a bit ,but he lives out ,soon as the weather warms up abit i will bath him ,but it will not be long before he starts 2 smell again ,i prefer rough coat dogs buts that the only downfall

    Cheers mate, will be keeping an eye on them over next few months - its abit early to tell yet - no real noticable change - except theirs less shit and what is there is firmer! by the sounds off it you,ve allready started fasting

    i ,ve got a dog here thats been takeing quite a few doubled up and its only 13 month but i,m not going 2 start giving them by the self untill next season as i think i;ll spoil him he even took a few bites which it did,nt phase him 1 bit ,personally i think he would do 1 by heself what i,ve seen him do ,but takeing no chances,he got plenty of time

    well for fasting them 1 day i don,t see the point ,i feed my dogs on anight about 9.30 /10.30 just incase i get a call saying i,m going out ,and as for the barb ,i use complete dry and barf ,my big dog which is round 60 /70IB 3 big cups of dry and 2IB of barb [tripe] and my other 2 get 2 cups and IB of raw and they get all the scraps

    Tbh at the moment i only use small fields with a large head of rabbits with alot of cover as the terrier usually always gets one in the bushes etc then, but with all the different types of land where i live if i had a running dog i would try and use as much of it as i was allowed lol just when you said hill,moors,and sanddunes i think a lurcher type would suit that ground then a whippet
