    Hello boys, we decided to have a trip out at dinner time yesterday, picked adam up at 12 and headed off to the newest of our permissions, as always we checked zeros and split up for a mooch, i had more success shooting from static positions last week when i was up here on my own when adam couldnt make it, so that was the plan today most of the fields have been cut now and visability of the rabbits has improved 100% adam is gunna take the crop fields and im gunna work my way down to the valley and woods, walking through the farm yard i spot 2 woodys sitting 45 yards out in the sheep field, u

    Cheers fella i get my camera back on wednesday and ill probs be out on the thursday, ill get the write up and pics on asap when i get home I dont know wether to go to my "pigeon/dove" permission as i always get a bag full, or go the challenging route and try and get some bunnies on camera at the new permission lol

    As you boys know i recently bought a Daystate Air ranger in 177 from a bloke in coventry (3 hours drive to get it ) The second i saw the gun i loved it and couldnt wait to get out in the field with it, It was going to be topped with an 4x16x50 IR MTC Viper, previously owned by bill aka sweeney off here, he sold it to my shooting buddy and then i got my mitts on it The next day smoggyadam and myself are on the way to one of our farms (the new one) zero session on the morning and were happy, right lets go and hit some rabbits!!     Cracking idea we could use SP.s as a voting system??? which ever photo has the most SP's by a certain set time' wins the month?? Then maybe the winning photos from each month could be put together to be made into calenders.........?

    Cheers stew the lands a mixture of crops, valleys, flat fields, woodland (some managed, some wild) spinny woods, heavily bushed areas, a good mix of all really. Weve tried day and night mate, and the rabbits are off at around 60 yards, ive been shooting air rifles for nearly 20 years and ive stalked rabbits to within 15ft on all my other permissions, these are totally different, clever little shits lol Atb peter
