    Caught 2 rabbits with the lurcher, a big fat one and a littleun. When I skinned them, the little one was normal, but the big one had this white gunk along the belly (no where else) just along the line were I cut it, right along. Not inside the rabbit, just inside the skin. Anyone know what it is?

    No mate, it gave me the excuse to buy a bottle hahaha. Had a good drink with that tick and now were bessy mates haha

    Had a tick right inside a kits ear that I had to remove. I went to the vets today to get the tool, and they told me to soak put spirits on the tick, whisky, vodka etc, and cover it for at least 10 seconds. It gets the tick drunk and its easier to remove. A sloshed tick cant cling on as well as a sober one haha. I soaked tissue in scotch and held it over the tick for about 10 secs, then successfully removed it with the tool, very easily. Good tip. I tried to post this on the "ferrets and ticks" sticky thread but its locked.

    No offence lad but i find it very very difficult to believe a cat was mullered but a hob, even 3 hobs. But perhaps a little more tact when visiting your neighbour and offer of compensation would of been beneficial.............. Personally, I wouldnt have gone around to tell the neighbour at all.

    I'm supposed to be picking some ferrets up tommorow but havent got a box and the cat carrier i intended to borrow from the mother in law has been thrown away. Is there anyone selling one in liverpool or merseyside any were?
