    Take your dog out on lamp and look for some easy rabbits ideally within 30 yards. Slip him with another dog even if its a terrier,Hopefully his jealously will kick in and give a chase Or catch a live one in a net or lamping and let it go for him rabbit will be shaked up abit. With worming every 8 weeks.If the day after you worm the dog comes in contact with worms it takes 8 weeks for the eggs to hatch and become a problem.

    A Lad at my local race track has pup out of him to a coursing greyhound. A very powerful dog and recently won its weight group at a non-ped whippet event at just over a year old. Have heard his pups also make there mark in the field.

    Haven't used re-charge for a while good if you don't do it to strong. Give 1/2 tea spoon of Feramo every other day. Was told by grey trainer cod liver oil should only be given 3-4 times a week as daily can cause a vitamina A build up( Bad for liver).

    Personally I would tell the landowner. And ask him to put locks and chain on gates. If you don't tell him and he finds out you could be put in the same bracket as them and he may say no to all hunting on permission or they could do the dirty and say you gave them permission. Explain to him and let him know you respect his ground.Once locked can just hop the gate with your dog.Good luck

    The day I intend to go I feed my dog as much as he can eat for breakfast about 7:30 - 8:00 then get home from work about 5 give him a walk a good clear out. The a raw egg + spoonfull of vegtable oil. Then set off around 9:00

    some minced beef with 1 tablespoon of vegtable oil. Change beef for biscuit every other day

    Wrap the whole tail in vet wrap you can buy from a horse shop like crete bandages. Leave of over night or during evening if you can

    After landing some good ground a week ago and no work this week,My self a ferretting partner George headed over on monday afternoon,I was also keen to try my new aquirred Jill off of Ratman on this site ~ Thank you Mick ~. Speaking to the gardener he told me there had been upto rabbits seen in a field.He also mentioned of a professional shooter coming to the ground or had been there,The owners were keen to clear the rabbits due to there horse riding and being members of the great britian team.     The country just seems to be flooded with labour from else where.even if alot go back home it will still take a few monts or year for work to build up

    Have strugled myself over last month for work as sparky.Landed 2 months in front of me.Got a handfull of work mates all out of work and a few builders on my street are out of work.Reallt seems bad.As a youngster looking to buy my own place as house prices are levelling off/Slowly dropping the work is cancelling it out by drying up.

    Don't think they got the turning ability,Speed.Just my view although have only seen a dog with that substance work on video.I maybe wrong

    There is a video I think its called "a cold wind blows" the guy has a 3/4 gwp 1/4 grey openly admits on there its a obediant dog but has the turning ability of a battleship.His own words.But it catches a leveret on the lamp.Will dig out videos and confirm name of video.

    Them bugger's could bolt a fox be cruel putting them down a rabbit burrow Thier pets and now live in France with a friend.I never worked them.They were raised on the odd Rabbit,But mainly James Wellbeloved ferret food 40% protien I think.They were fat rather than big ferrets.As a lot on this thread don't have head to scale with body.
