    Had this before,If meat i.e rabbit is going off.Put it down to Botulism,Eating of going off flesh.

    Crossing to a racing whippet is good,If your bitch has some substance. Sooty Sam whippets are just plodders when compared to race whippets. BWRA whippets are a hell of alot quicker than K.C reg whippets like Day/Night.Yes think you have done the right thing,Should have plenty of fire from the whippet and a good engine from Saluki.

    Alot of people think they are getting a good deal when Sooty Sam is mentioned in a dogs breeding,I have heard alot of stories about Mike Brown.I don't think he gets anymore agro than the guy who breeds a litter every year,Its just the shere amount of litters he produces ~ More litters more chance of problems,Comebacks ~.My opinion is only breed when you want a pup and MB doesn't keep a dog every litter.Some people regard no other line for work and some I have known have had to re-home to pet homes.I would not class it as a consistant line for work.BUT ITS HORSES FOR COURSES> I HAVE A DOG FR

    He's long gone.. this dog caught 86 foxes in 1 year like it are lump it Hello Mark, havnt been on here for ages, good to see your still keeping things interesting Is the black shepard cross still going,was it called "ROLO"? I still have a daughter of it "Sophie" This is an old picture as i havnt really bothered with photos for a while, she is going well though. That Saluki pup is also turning out pretty well.     Welcome to site Tis TM Lives in St Day. Work Whippets Day/Night and have a cage full of ferrets.

    Ring him or take a visit to his kennels.Then you can see the dogs and meet him and have your own opinion.

    Personally I would go to a good running dog/greyhound vet.that deals with alot of foot problems,Maybe X-ray both feet and compare bone structure.The only thing I would say is to keep the nails back to the quick,but they look ok.He may have been stamped on as a pup.

    Thanks for the comments I just own the Sire, Why does everyone want to come to Cornwall,It has one the highest house prices in England and absolute crap wages.The only benift is a retirement place.Houses are being reposessed left,right and centre.

    Myself with young ferrets I try to give them a rabbits so its ate by saturday,then work sunday.So saturday they don't get anything(EAT RABBIT-SMELL RABBIT).Then sunday work I just do this with young ferrets on their first outting.Seems to work.Keeps them alert.I only let the youngsters go for a morning on their first trip. You get so many different answer its what works for you.some say in the wild they would not eat every day,but in a hutch they can't tell us that.
